I came here this evening for dinner. And I’ve been coming here since they have opened. When they first opened the customer service was excellent and they would always get order right. Today they got order wrong after repeating several times what I wanted and asking for extra zax sauce. This has happened every single time that I’ve been coming lately and the customer service is unfriendly and impatient. They try to rush your order and then of course get it wrong. They completely left off one whole order and no extra zax sauce. So I had to go through line all over again. I pray that the managers her please retrain their evening staff and teach them to be patient, friendly, and how to properly take a order.
This place has the best chicken i have ever ate in a restaurant.
Possibly the best fast food place in South Jackson. The menu is always good no matter what time. Worst thing I've had happen to me here was they forgot a sauce. Just simply ask and they'll get you covered.
This was my first Zaxby's experience, and sadly it was a little underwhelming. I'm a big Chick-fil-A fan, and nothing's changed today. The chicken sandwich was fine, but I'd never go out of my way to get it. If there's a Chick-fil-A or Burger King nearby, I'll have their chicken sandwich instead. I didn't get to try anything else, so the other food is probably good, but I probably won't be back to find out. It really wasn't bad, you will have a fine meal if you come here.Service was amazing though!
I love Zaxby's. Their chicken is thick and juicy normally, and their sauce is great. Their drink dispensers are usually in good shape, they have great music and great sweet tea. I'm not a huge fan of their fries though and this time the sandwich we got was stringy and chewy so that wasn't great.
Food was good, but the line was long and the employees were playing by the window.
Their food is always great. Best place to go for chicken.
Food is always hot from here so you know it's fresh.
I did mobile order online. It said my order would be ready at a certain. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. Then I got to the speaker and told them my name then they said ok I got your mobile order and I could pull up. So, I pulled up to the window then the worker at the window told me it still wasn't ready. Said can you pull forward and we will bring your order right out to you. I had to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes before they brought out the order. Omg. I understand you all are shorthanded, but please stop making your customers wait so long. The food was good, but the wait is terrible. I normally would not leave a review or complain, but this has happened to me more than once.
This is a chicken sandwich????? What a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place used to have higher standards.
