Can't order through the app or online & my calls are never answered. For that, you get 1 star.
They never answer the phone! Are they even open? Been trying to order carry out for 3 months. Drive by all the time and it looks like there's people there. Did they change their number? Food is always good. Just haven't been able to get any in a long while :/
Jackson, TN Food is always fresh and delish 5 Stars. If you can get anything ordered. They don't answer the phone and turn off the To-Go menu online so you can't order. Rude manager cussing and griping in front of customers. Not cool. Get over the Panic attitude excuses just do your job or get out the food business because you have no business being in Customer Service.
Ok when they're open!! Placed an order today on D.D. and when my driver got there they canceled my order!!! Why even except my order if your not open...SMH. Very frustrating and this is not the first time.

One of the best customer service experiences in a while that went great! The woman that took my order was very nice and patient. She got me in and out with great southern hospitality. I will be coming back to do business with them again!!!
