Terrible experience at this Wendys last night. I'm guessing that they are under-staffed but I think I would close before I continued to ruin a brand like Wendys with this type of service. Sullen, un-helpful employees that mangle orders and can't give correct change within $0.50. I was 0 for 2 at Wendys yesterday (the one in Cordova, TN operated about the same) and think I will not try to find one next time. Its easier to go to Walmart and pickup something and go through the self-checkout than deal with the lousy service and performance of fast food these days.
My Aunt went to get breakfast. The drive through worker was Extremely rude (huffing as if someone was getting on her nerves) when asking to take the order. She offered the medium or large breakfast, my Aunt clearly said the smallest one you have. She rung up a medium anyway and got attitude when asked about it. She said “pull up, lady” my Aunt pulled right off.
This place is ridiculous and obviously run by children who do not care. I have been pulled up to parking space and am still waiting on a to go order after 45 minutes. absolutely ridiculous, just dont waist your time or money. Go somewhere else. If i could find who owns this place id tell them about it too. Oh, and this is NOT the first second or third time this has happened. im sitting here looking at 5 pulled up cars waiting on food with an ever-growing line. Pitiful. if i could give no stars, i would.

Went through the drive thru at this Wendy's on Vann Drive in Jackson, TN. Very disappointed! Fries were not hot and there were hardly any in the container. I ordered my burger with everything, and it did not have any tomatoes. My sandwich was not hot. It was cold. The cheese was not melted. Won't be going back. If I had not left and the traffic wasn't so heavy, I would have taken that food back. Workers did not smile. Not good customer service.
I Love the Strawberry Lemonade, the drive thru is a little slow but overall a good place to eat ?
When I walked in there to try and order something, the employees just pretended like I wasn’t even there, I waited for like 2 minutes to see who’s gonna come take my order, and no one did, so I just walked out without saying anything, I don’t care how busy they are; they could have told me “one second sir” or something like that but no one said anything.
Went through drive thru tonight ordered one combo and one sandwich, order taker was rushing and had an attitude at the window, got pulled up waited 10 mins and then made it home and was given wrong order. Called and called but no answer. Bad service all the way around
I went through drive thru & the service was very nice.
Most days service here is good, food consistently good. No real complaints. I keep going back, soooo.....
