Not only are they one of the few places open late they were short staffed and had amazing attitudes great personalities and amazing food the long wait was way worth it usually I hate Wendy's but I got the new spicy honey chicken sandwich they made it fresh and I absolutely loved it ? ? ?
This place is so horrible. Went to drive thru and waited like 40 minutes. They said they closed 20minutes ago. It was not even 1am. I saw many people are angry!
Even late at night the food was fresh and hot! Always love Wendys! Great service!
Sitting in the drive thru line waiting to pick up a door dash and the car in front of me pulls away so I go to pull forward the lady at the window takes a metal shelf and flings it out infront of my car almost hitting my car with it I had to slam on the breaks and almost got rear ended
Twice I’ve been here hours before closing time and have been told the restaurant is closed. Same girl on the drive through speaker both times. She is incredibly rude and cussed at me tonight. I was in the drive through at 12:40 am and the closing time is supposed to be 2 am.
Service was good, food so so ! Only problem was what I believe was a homeless person in there with their pants down, screaming their sandwich was moldy..
Never in my life have I pulled up to Wendy’s and all of my food was fresh today was the absolutely 1st day I pulled up to Wendy’s on highland and received pure quality food when I mean quality the tea was even fresh shout out to the manager who was on duty and the crew members between 2-3 pm cause y’all did that hopefully i receive that every time
Get ready to wait at least an hour in the drive thru. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Slowest place you can get food in Jackson. This place needs to be shut down or be given
The absolute slowest drive through in all of Jackson Tennessee. Poor management and customer service is horrible.
We got salads and by the time we got our bad parts out it was good but not much left plus no nuts or forks to eat with...We had them delivered to us at work
