Ray was phenomenal tonight !!!I didn’t catch the cook’s name, but the food was amazing too!!!!!Obviously understaffed like everywhere else right now, but made it happen.
Been here twice and served by the lovely Yoyo both times. Super charismatic, pays attention to details, and makes sure you're taken care of. The other staff is also very attentive, and the service is quick and good! Will continue coming back.
wish I could give them more stars, I’ve never seen a Waffle House with 7 workers before ? . The waitress was super nice, food came out really quick as it always does at this location. Clean tables and utensils, and super lax environment. What more can you ask at Waffle House! Oh and views were great this morning ?
Had a fantastic waitress named Amy. She was excellent and had great customer service skills.
All I can say is a friend and myself went here one morning while I was on vacation we ordered breakfast the food was great as always OK however the service was a little below what I am used too especially since they wasn't that busy not saying the service was horable just saying they seemed to be some confusion as who was supposed to take our order I used to work at waffle house years ago and the counter seats was assigned a specific server to cover that area we was greeted by a person napkins and silverware was put on the counter we told her it was to go she oh OK took the napkins down and passed us off to someone else but even then it took several minutes to get our order placed I would go here again but I'm not going out of my way to get there OK it was clean the cooks was awesome but the service was less than what it should have been
Eggs not scrambled very well, part fried egg. The bacon was not crisp as was ordered, hash browns too done & too much greaseOnly thing good was the waffle and this was after she made the first one well done. Too many employees just talking and it seemed the Asian female was the only one really working. It was a bad experience!
Food was scorched and if it wasn't burnt it was still frozen
The cook doesn't know how to make an omelette with jalapenos. He apparently dumped a whole container of jalapenos in the omelette and used less meat.
The experience was pretty interesting partially disturbing. I stopped in to get my kids and I some sandwiches. The superstar cook was fast and on point. My waitress was not so good with customer service. I don't think that counting her tips at the register was appropriate. Not just that the second cook was using words that was not professional because his food got thrown away. My kids and I didn't appreciate the words that used.Be Better, Do Better
The chances of anyone picking up the phone is a 0/10 chance for takeout. Don’t know why I bother. Even walking in you can feel your business is unwanted. Terrible
