Please offer a gluten free option for your wings or do not bread them like your competitors. I tried calling the store after placing an order online to ensure my wings did not get breaded but I did not receive an answer. I was very disappointed when I opened the bag to find breaded wings drenched in a sauce. I cannot have flour of any kind. This was my first and possibly last time trying your restaurant.
One of our favorite places. The staff is always busy but very polite. The chicken is delicious!! Highly recommended. Be aware that until further notice, the dining room is only open til 5.. but drive through is open for dinner
The food is great, but the service is very disappointing. My order is almost always wrong even when I simplify it. I usually have to check my order before leaving the restaurant because of this. Also, some of the cashiers speak aggressively and will rush you to order you food. I've been eating here for over 20yrs, but will drive to Lee's in Milan from now on because my order is always right and service is oustanding.

First time visit. Great chicken! Very tasty and crunchy. The place could use a little TLC. We used the drive through but the inside looked quite dated. Drove all the way from Lakeland and it was worth the drive. Staff was very pleasant.
First time visiting this renowned Jackson establishment. I was very impressed with the fried chicken. The chicken skin was crisp and the chicken was moist. The biscuits were delicious and so was the banana pudding!We are inside and as a first time visitor I asked what we’re the best sides and the answer was they were all good. I ordered coleslaw, which was delicious, right amount of sweetness and acidity. The macaroni and cheese was homemade but was just alright. The restaurant itself wasn’t that appealing inside, in fact it was down right gross. We had to search for a clean table. Most tables were dirty with food debris and trash underneath. I’ll definitely come back for breakfast and to try other menu items, but I’ll most likely get it to go.
Definitely getting tired of coming to this location with the attitude that I receive in the drive through. Normally I could go inside and get treated proper but it seems as if the days that I have to go to the drive through you get a lot of attitude from whoever's taking orders. I went to the drive-thru this evening to place an order for a slider combo as I done many a times inside. Usually they ask you what type of slider The lady did not ask this time around and then she proceeded to say with a lot of attitude, your side and your drink. I just pulled off. I rather take my money and spend it somewhere else because I had more than just one combo to get. I feel that management needs to take a hold of this location this has happened more than once and it's frustrating because the food is usually good and I've not had an issue with my food especially when you've been out at work all day. Planning to come and eat at this establishment and you get treated like you do not matter. It is unacceptable and if they cannot treat their customers correctly they need to go ahead and just close their doors.
I loved this place so much. You ever hear the expression "so good, makes you wanna slap your mamma"? Well this is it. The chicken biscuit is amazing and the food tastes like it's made with love. The proportions are a great size. Also my food came out within a minute of me ordering. Also, there is a drive through as well just in case your in a hurry
Great place to feed a big family Green beans are delicious chicken is good also. Staff is very helpful.
