This is a great place to go when you want delicious fresh ingredients. There are multiple menu items that can be made vegan if you leave off certain ingredients like cheese and the Xcaret sauce. When I order here I get delicious, satisfying meals that do not lack flavor or substance because I ordered them vegan. There is a nice area to sit outside and eat, and a salsa bar inside.
Ordered Carne Asada fries, got charged extra for guacamole. Got the the food I a timely manner. Staff wasn't friendly but wasn't mean. Food had very little cheese, fries were only half done. Guacamole came in two small containers on the side, which would have been fine but it was semi frozen. Not sure what has happened at this location but I was beyond disappointed. Hopefully the Careiage house location will open. Back up soon.
Great fresh food with good prices and friendly service
The food is awesome! My family and myself enjoyed a great dinner here. The service was excellent. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant is very nice and clean. This is a definitely a go to place in Jackson, Tennessee.
We discovered Tulum's several years ago while staying at a local hotel while on a cross country trip......MUCH TO OUR DELIGHT!We're from San Diego and are use to good Mexican food but this smokes the West Coast....we were caught off guard by the excellent food and service.We travel alot and whenever possible we will adjust, amend, and alter our schedule and routing to lunch or supper at Tulum's.Do yourself a favor and do whatever you can to stop by and enjoy a fabulous meal. Daryl Fortner is the owner and he is to be commended....franchise anyone???????

Overall great experience. I tried something new to me & wasn't disappointed. It was dark & we sat outside, so the atmosphere was really nice.
Today was my first time going to this location. Nice atmosphere and delicious food. Tulum also has the best horchata.
