I ordered online and picked up in the drive through. The line moved a little slow, but the lady at the window checked my bag twice and made sure everything was right. Then I noticed they had a LARGE order going out at the same time. The food was hot and definitely freshly made. Based on them likely being short staffed, they did an excellent job!
Went to this taco bell on 4-21-22. It was around 11p. When I got to the speaker the guy ask me to hold on. 5 mins or so, went by and the guy asked me to go ahead with my order. As I asked for the first item; the guy went completely silent. I must've said "hello" about five times. I wasted my time completely. These people need to understand if we come to pay for services to keep this franchise open, we deserve better service. Honestly speaking, I'm being nice on this review compared to what really happened. I waited so long at the speaker to the point I was being harassed, by other irritated customers. this could've been avoided.
Good customer service, but tacos was thin and not enough food to fill up up. Too high on price. My tacos that I make at home are better and cheaper.
Was the only car in line and waited 5 min at the ordering speaker while 2 employees were outside smoking! Ended up driving off.. don’t waste your time at the TB location!
This is the by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, while in lunch I order a pick up and wasn’t notified that the lobby is closed so I had to pick up in the drive through making me late, the people were snippy with me. The whole establishment is bad, not that it matters if I come here again or not they made that clear.
Ordered a party pack of taco supremes. Out of the 12 tacos there might have been enough meat to make 4 tacos and I didn’t get supremes. This happened on Tuesday. Went on Sunday and they couldn’t take ordered for 30 mins due to lack of staff. Tried calling no answer.
Don't go after the lunch crew leaves or you will be there forever and your order will be wrong. 12 mins at the drive thru and now another 8 and counting because they messed up my order. 20+ mins for fast food is RIDICULOUS! STILL SITTING HERE WITH A TOTAL OF ONE CAR AHEAD OF ME!!!
I mean, it's a Taco Bell - no real surprises here. Busy or quick, happy or grumpy, you get it all here. I've had occasional order mistakes, but its generally on really big orders.
The staff here should be unemployed. On 2 seperate occasions their apathy and attitudes were palpable. They are not only stealing time on the clock from their employer but also from customers.( i.e. no meat on tacos) To call and alert them to their mistakes is to invite laughter. Wish this establishment well as I wont be back.
