They charge more for a cup of water than a Cinnamon brand coffee. I've never been to a Taco Bell ever that charges for water. They don't tell you anywhere or anytime the water is priced as if it is the nectar of the gods unless you ask or check your receipt. The wait is also over 40 minutes at meal times. They should consider charging less for water and paying their employees enough to have people working...
Staff was nice but the drive thru service was horribly slow. We waited in line for 30 minutes. Several people gave up and left. Probably won't come back here.
Never seen a fast food restaurant just stop working at lunch time. I sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes and cars were pulling away from the intercom so I figured they were just being slow on taking orders but no. I got to the intercom sat for maybe 15 minutes and never heard anything. I pulled up to the window and seen some people in there as well as workers siting in the dining area. I guess they just stopped taking orders and took their lunch. Don’t waste your time waiting to not get food!
I was asked to leave the building. Employee said “Drive through only.” with no signage up anywhere to indicate that being the case and no explanation. There was someone dining in when I walked into the restaurant. The situation seemed discriminatory.
Females always have attitudes at this place. Walked in to order and they said dinning room was closed but there were people at the tables. Unprofessional. No type of leadership.
Never had a bad experience with this location until today I order a DLT combo and a spicy potato taco on the side and the potatoes is hard and the DLT shell is stale and now I done wasted money cause I done made it all the way to work ??♀️And they won’t answer the phone
I placed an order for pick up and my wife went to pick it up. She waited 22 minutes in drive thru and my order was still being processed. I swapped to in store pick up and my order immediately went to being prepaid in the order tracker. Do keep in mind my wife has been sitting in drive thru for over 20 mins while I'm doing this. She goes to go inside and all the doors are locked. So, her being crunched for time I try to cancel my order. You can't cancel once it's being "prepared". We call the store to ask if we could pick it up at 5:15 since she has to go back to work and the store refused to help. They said they are not associated with taco bell online and can't refund. So, how do they get paid? I NEVER received any food or drinks. This is theft!!
I am wanting to contact the owner at the Taco Bell on the 45 bypass in Jackson TN.For the past couple of weeks. Me and my family have been dining in at this current location. The GM at that location on our very first visit was very rude. I'm not sure of her name. It was a lobby full of people and she wasn't greeting anyone. And had an attitude I'm guessing. She was yelling at an employee demanding her to leave the front counter from taking orders to do something else and wanted her to direct us to the kiosk. She had a line of people and continued to take our order. She was very polite and sweet even while dealing with a horrible GM.She ignored all the comments coming from the GM, and continue to smile and take our orders. She apologized for the inconvenience; even though it wasn't even her fault.I asked her who the lady was yelling at her due to the rudeness and she told us her GM, which was very shocking. The cashier had on a manager shirt and said she was the assistant manager. That day forward every time we have come to this location the Assistant manager has always been polite and kind. She always come play with our grandson. From previous disrespect and rudeness from the other employees at this location; she was not only the most courteous; but the way she handle all of her customers is beyond the best customer service I've received at any taco bell location.Just for me and my husband to come through the drive-thru today, dealing with a rude person AGAIN on the headset. She was loud and very unprofessional. She continued to get our order wrong, which was very simple. (2 Bean burritos no onions, 2 chicken quesadillas with no sauce, and 2 soft shell supremes) and I had to repeat it multiple times. And still received my food rung up wrong. And she tried to argue with me about it. She also had her phone in her hand with music playing at the window.I asked for the Assistant manager and the lady at the window told me she was fired. That broke my grandson's heart into pieces. He looks forward to seeing that lady's smiling face.I demand to speak to the owner due to lack of customer service in this place of business. How do you get rid of one of your top employees and keep the ones you need to get rid of? The old assistant manager at this location was the only reason why I continued to go to this location. But, knowing she is no longer employed there; I will NOT be returning. It is sad that I live 3 minutes from this Taco Bell. And have to drive all the way out south to the south highland location; To get my grandson's food because he loves taco bell and wants it everyday after school and wants the breakfast every Sunday morning. The entire store is horrible and needs to be cleaned up. And the assistant manager needs to be brought back!!A very very angry and disappointed customer,Greta Coleman
Delicious hot fresh and friendly staff. But needs to stay open late every night not a couple nights a week. And affordable
The folks here are very nice, but they are a bit slow. Wish they'd just reopen the dining room along with the drive through. I like to stop here for my dinner in the late afternoon before work because I work right down the street at Comfort Suites. They also ten to not be open after 11 pm over the weekends.
