I go here regularly because they have a decent vegetarian selection. When they get my order right there is no place I'd rather go, the problem is they struggle with being reliable about getting the order accurate.I'll be happy to raise the stars when I consistently get the food I'm paying for.
Car sat at the speaker for over 15 minutes and no one took the order. It was 7 cars in the drive through. I called and asked were they open and they stated they were inside. I politely told them it was a line outside. Dinning area was closed so I don’t know what took so long. I’ve been here 20 minutes and they have only took 2 cars order in the drive thru. 8-10 cars pulled in and drove off. 7 pm on 4-14-22Food was fresh
I did go.late close to.closing hours being that's what time I got off work qent thru drive thru service was a little slow but I'm sure there was only 2 people working. The person at the window was great very nice and and caring now for the food that we got and we did spend over 60 dollars it was not great at all appearance was awful the burritos were smashed and thrown together lettuce tasted old and very mushy crunchy tacos were soft again bad lettuce ? the only thing fresh were our nacho fries.
They got my order right. But, I don't like that they put everything in a bag, and not separated in the boxes. Nothing is ever wrapped so that you know what it is without opening it up. All the Taco Bells are doing it now.
I was picking up a delivery for a customer through Uber Eats, and the customer and I received THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE that I’ve personally ever experienced with fast food!!! I had to get back in line twice because they told me they didn’t have the order, but as I was trying to explain and show the order to the employee for the 2nd time, she slams the drive-thru window on me and refused to help me either times that I came through the line.Also the customer whom I was delivering for received the same horrible service as I did. We both tried to call the restaurant and tried to get the order situated, but the employee was EXTREMELY RUDE again of course and literally just hung the phone up on the both of us!I wasted my hard earned money on the gas it took to drive to this location and all the time that I sat in line just to get treated with horrible rude service! We all know the gas prices these days are extremely high and barely affordable for some people, so I expect this to be handled and taken care of properly!!!VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!I waited 45 minutes just to get awful rude service and leave empty handed making $0 from the delivery that should’ve been made!
I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that just flat out said we ain’t taking no orders.. no reasoning behind it just we ain’t taking orders they should shut it down since the employees don’t want to work and just get paid to do nothing like you see all of them just setting down in the restaurant playing on their phones
Very rude employees specially the afternoon manager that was there today 1-24-22 @ 4:20. She is the worst, loud speaking, rude, self centered person that Taco Bell could ever choose as a manager...
My grandson and I got 2 Chalupa boxes. The food was excellent, we ate it all, soft taco, chalupa, burrito, cinnamon twists & a drink! Well worth the money!
So I was there a little bit ago and I was short on two of my items so before my friend and I left we informed the guy at the window that we didn't get the items and this girl comes to the window and informs us it wasn't on the order so I'm guessing they didn't hear when it was ordered which is no big deal I'll pay for it but she told us that we had to go back around to order even though we were sitting at the window. I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but she was rude. I've worked fast food before so I know it's stressful but she didn't have to be rude to us
I ordered online so I could get exactly what I wanted. Get there and check in at order Place. Drive on up and wait just a few minutes for my order. No lights outside were on so very dark.
