I can't believe they did this!! They're was absolutely no reason why this should've been done!! I ordered thru doordash but there still is NO excuse for this! EDIT: I ordered a chicken quesadilla and this is what I got, my photos may be a little late blurred but there is not much of anything on it and it was super hard. I like Taco Bell and I hated to have to leave a bad review
We occasionally like Taco Bell but not this time. We got the power bowls and wanted ground beef in them. Naturally that was confusing for them to fix for us. And the bowl was not very good. The ground beef was very greasy, the stuff in the bowl was put in so sloppy and there wasn't much to it. But then we have been finding this poor quality at most Taco Bells. The food just isn't that good anymore. That's why I put we occasionally like it. But now we aren't even sure about that. We haven't found many good fast food places in TN and now probably won't go back to Taco Bell either.
This place has really fallen off after the pandemic. It's still good, but the open hours have shrunk and you cannot mobile order through the app or website. This location is just losing the convenience of taco bell, but it's still good in quality time to time.
Awful service super rude wouldn't even give me time to order tried to substitute a chalupa with a taco whoever runs this place should learn how to treat their customers n there were obviously to lazy to drop a chalupa into the fryer just awful I'm never going back
Came tonight to grab the mix of the Deluxe Cravings Box. Highly, Highly disappointed. Even the Fountain drink was watered down and not palatable. Soon as I opened the box the burrito wasn't fully wrapped, two bites and almost halfway through it and never hit anything but tortilla. The DLT was good but the shell was almost annihilated on one half. Steak Chalupa was terrible, barely any meat and mainly lettuce and tomato. Maybe about five whole pieces of Carne Asada. On a lighter note, the chips were some of the best fried I've seen come out of a window in a long while. Not too dark, not too light with just the right amount of sodium.
My food was hot and the sweet young lady that took my order was very nice and made sure my order was correct. I hate i didn’t get her name.
Lobby wasn't open. No sign at all about it. Called my husband a lady and didn't apologize. And they clearly don't know how to make their own products. Our food was the right items, just made wrong. And it's not like you can get anyone to fix it....
They used to stink it up. But In recent months have highly improved! I sure love some Taco Bell. Keep up the great work! Please
Everything was wrong in my order. Took 20 min. But there wasn't anyone else there ahead of behind us. Don't go to this place. No standards
The best tacos I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. I always order 5 hard she'll tacos and I could only eat 4. The tacos were full, not just of lettuce, full of meat and cheese too
