I've not had a bad experience here but they do have the 5.99 meal deals which I appreciate since I'm at krogers all day being a instacart shopper and I do have somewhere to eat lunch at. I have to watch what I eat. But like they have the 5.99 meal deals and they are different daily. The other subway by j&j doesn't accept coupons and took down this meal deal.
Just awful I got a wrap he charged me 8.55 for a wrap n water said that was for extra meat um u didn't add extra meat u gave me the same amount if not less then you would on a sandwich he didn't wash his hands je was just eating the only reason I ordered was bc he put on gloves DONT come here I'll never go back

This was awful. They were beyond rude, didn’t honor prices listed, and acted like we were being difficult—and we were super friendly so it was confusing why they acted that way. Our bread was raw dough and they were out of everything else. Plus they said they only take cash, so we had to go to an ATM next door. It was the WORST Subway experience ever, and we will never be back. If the owner reads this, please reach out to me on Yelp. You need to know what’s happening at your store.
Worst service ever in years, team leader or manager has the worst attitude yesterday, for some reason the look on my face set her off and when I told her I will just go somewhere else she practically ran me out the store and followed me as I left out the door. Never will go back.

To be a place that serves the public, it's not very customer friendly. To literally lock the doors as he saw my wife coming to do business with them and to tell her through the door that he was closing, even though, it was not closing time. He stated he didn't have to stay open as long as he did. I will NEVER give you anymore of my hard earn money again. Horrible place.
Dillon at the subway in Lynwood Jackson, TN provided fantastic customer service to not only me but every customer that I witnessed.
