Our sandwiches were great. The staff was nice.
I HATE the owner, manager, whoever he is. He's always so arrogant and rude to both his employees and customers. Everytime I see him in the store, I go somewhere else. Today, however, I was starving as I didn't have a break at work. The ladies who made my sandwich were lovely and don't deserve to work under someone like that. Oh, and he yelled at me for "scanning something wrong" when he honestly needs an attitude check and a career check. Fantastic food! Service is GREAT if he's not there, hence why the 3 stars.

The associates here were very personable. The bread and ingredients were fresh. Love Subways menu options and variety of meats and veggies available. Can't beat a cookie for desert.
The other rude lady no longer works there so that's a plus! The African American lady there now is very nice, professional and very helpful. She needs a raise as she works by herself a lot and keeps a good attitude and has worked there some time. My sandwich and cookies fresh and delicious! Definitely may new go to for my desire of tuna subs!

From a former student of mine who currently works for the USPS in Jackson...Thanks Subway at 2710 North Highland in Jackson. As a paying customer I asked if I could cool off in their store for my 30 minute lunch since there’s a heat advisory and our mail trucks have no AC. I was told to leave and eat outside in the heat.
