Overall it was just okay. The drinks I ordered were not stirred correctly and had a lot more syrup than needed. It made the drinks very sour. Also, two of the drinks were missing the cherry add-on. The lady that made them said I didn't order that. I showed her the receipt with it added and paid for, then she stomped off. I may try them at a different time and with a smaller drink order. Maybe 1 drink instead of 3.
Usually a good place to eat if they get the order right and the right window crew is working. Edited to one star. If the guy taking orders (tevin is what the reciept says) would get off his phone and stop interrupting people in the middle of the order he might actually get the orders right. No lettuce, extra mayo, bacon double cheese it's not hard. I got no bacon, lettuce and very little mayo. I eat here 2 to 4 times a week as I work near by. This is a continuing issue. Dude needs to be put somewhere he doesn't have to deal with customers or lose his job so he can devote the proper time to whatever is going on on his phone.
Took 40 minutes for an order and after I received it, the drink smelled like coffee which was strange since I ordered a Dr. Pepper. It had no ice and when I took a sip I gagged because it tasted like coffee mix with water and maybe a hint of dr pepper. Thank God the food was alright. But after that wait and the result of that disgusting drink that seemed almost too intentional for it to be a mistake, I am absolutely never going there again.
Thought we would stop for a quick snack. Ordered corn dogs and drink. The screen didn't prompt for pay. After 15 min we called back speaking to 2 folks, one was the manager. Food is coming right out. After 10 min we crossed over to drive through line. The rude employee saw us move over said since we left they stop making it.and states they
Ordered 3 corn dogs and some mozzarella sticks in a carousel right across from the drive-thru. The computer wouldn't let us pay. After 20 minutes we prompted the button again. After a while it was answered and confirmed the order was in. She said that it would be out in just a second. We waited another 5 minutes. With no food we backed up into the drivethru to try to get an answer. They told us they canceled the order because we backed into the drive-thru. Terrible service totally recommend going elsewhere.
Drive thru service great. Brought my drinks out to me because vehicle in front of me had a larger order and caused a delay. I appreciated their initiative to keep the line moving.. many times this does not happen at other fast food establishments..
Staff was courteous and friendly. However, the men's restroom was something else. If the bathroom looks like this what does the kitchen look like?
They needed to change out their grease in their fryers. Their tater tots were cook in old grease and tasted very bad. Even they smell of the tater tots was gross.
I order just soda's on their app and the last 4 times I have picked up our 2 sodas they are never right. I order a diet dr.pepper with easy ice and a regular coke. They added cranberry flavor when I did not order that. I ordered a cherry limeade and got a cherry limeade slush. I am not sure what the problem is other than they just don't care. I always give a tip too!!. I am not going to order anymore because it is so frustrating. How hard can it be to read a ticket and fix 2 simple sodas??? That is why we dont order food from Sonic because they never got that right, ughhhhh
Yes! I had been heading home from a quick road trip and wanted something sweet for the last stretch of highway miles and I thought about ice cream then a milkshake then I saw Sonic...YES! I could get the oerfect blend with a blast. I was so excited and satisfied with my choice bc the blast was perfectly blended and had the exact amount of cookies. The clerk was so friendly and nice and service was quick.
