They are a little too pricey these days but they deliver on the flavor and and amount of food they serve and everything is always fresh

Went in today for 2 supersonic burritos and when I got them, (after they brought me the wrong order) I had to double check that they were the right burritos because they were small enough I thought it might be a Jr. I would've been lenient on the size if my tots were cooked in old grease. After I went back up there, they only fixed 1 of the burritos and gave us "fresh" tots. Which was just hotter dirty burnt tots. The worst experience I've had at a sonic. Not to mention the manager is the one cooking all of this food in dirty grease since that's who apparently "fixed" our burritos.
The food was good. The equipment could use some attention. The headset the employee was using malfunctioned. The service was good.
My late afternoon visit was extremely quick. Actually, I should have given the speed of my visit more thought than I did. Because of my personal hurry, I was overly appreciative of how quick my food was delivered to me. And, being in a rush, I left grateful for the speed without at least inspecting my food. Wow! No More! The tater tots were very hard and so grease laden, they left a thick grease film on the roof of my mouth. The burger was so tough it called me out for a boxing match. Really reminded me of Sponge Bob’s lost Krabby Patty. There simply was no way to eat either the tots or burger. After giving this experience more thought, I decided that given the time of the day, and how quickly I received my order, I was served left-over lunch tots and a horribly dried out patty that had been under the heat lamp for hours since lunch time.But, on a positive note, the speed was phenomenal! As was the sweet car-hop. She was delightful!
In my opinion Sonic has the best iced coffee. Of course it is extra awesome because you can request it made specifically to your taste. I add carmel ?
Stop in got burger tonight with only tomatoes pickles ketchup only no cheese she repeated order about 3 times no cheese bring burger had cheese on it so said they would take care of it 2 items burger small onion rings only so bring back another burger I opened up hamburger with mustard ketchup tomato and a onion ring on the burger by this time aggravated so just left I have never had any body to put onion ring on burger the manager needs to check to see what is going on sad nothing good to say
Terrible service and mediocre food = awful restaurant. The employees are not efficient, and not very good at their jobs. The management must be awful as well. More often than not they manage to screw up a simple order. I can deal with a server forgetting to put a requested condiment in the bag, but when it takes 10 minutes for someone to bring it to you while your food is getting cold, and then you have to push the button a SECOND time to remind them to bring it to you, that is unacceptable. I was giving this place one more chance since I got sick from a milkshake from there about a month ago, but I was wrong... this place does not deserve your business unless you like bad service and food poisoning. If it were possible, I would give it zero stars.
Service is usually quick - a nice treat during the week.
I only order drinks from the sonic in brownsville. They still owe me money from an order I placed on the app then I get there and they tell me they have already cleaned the machine. On 3 separate occasions I have had problems wit them and corporate was NO help!
