Pre-ordered using the app. In the restaurant stall. Then waited 10 minutes before letting them know I arrived. I was told my order was still being prepared. I waited another 10-12 minutes then received my order and it was cold all of it . I sent it back and it looks like they dipped my onion rings in the grease again and the 2 dogs was not replaced. My jalapeño poppers was black. The drinks didn’t have any flavor I had 2 slushes very bland. The food was stale . The school age kids don’t care about peoples orders. I wasn’t about to send it back again. Don’t know what would’ve happened for the third time so I just trashed it when I got home. Horrible job Sonic and I Love Sonic just not this location.
Stopped by on Saturday and a kid named wilton took my order id rather be spit on as disrespected by these kids specially when they can't here on the voice menu walk too the car and ask go back inside and forgot so asked again on machine no working how hard is #1 sonic meal hold mayo add mustard and large tots,coke zero . Im pretty sure i got what was thrown away the burger was flat no tomatoes but I got mustard, ketchup and mayo its sad u can't fallow the same instructions sonic has had for over 40 years

I was an employee here for 3 days and quiet do to food sanitation violations. I also left because there was a Roach infestation where roaches be in the unprepared food that they server to paying customers. If I could rate this store a negative star this place would get a -100 stars .
Pre-ordered using the app. Drove up and checked in with our stall number. The food came out in 2 minutes. The food was well packaged, hot, and fresh. Good job!
Popcorn chicken was inedible, too hard to chew. Jr burger meat tasted spoiled. Won't be back.
Ordered double cheeseburgers with bacon. No lettuce no ketchup. Got home with no bacon and lettuce and ketchup on the sandwiches. How hard is it to read an order and fix what the customer ordered? Please hire people that can follow directions. Most 7th graders can read well enought to follow an order.
Stopped in an got pretzels they are really good an don't forget the cheese. Just wish they had cream cheese .Guess I could take my own lol.
Our shakes weren’t thick how they normally are. And the New Mocha Blast wasn’t mixed up at all.
