This is my BLT sandwich for lunch. I called because it is not what is advertised. They offered to redo the sandwich if I brought it back. Sorry but don’t have time to do that. Pitiful excuse for a sandwich.
Getting the order right is half the battle then it's the Service, Time and Quality.So the order was wrong, they claim they had to remake everything. It took 20 min waiting in the drive-thru, way too long! Other orders were getting out ahead of ours when we finally received the order food was cold. The manager blamed it on new staff, staff blamed things in the kitchen not working.I will not be returning back to this site until they get their act together! Note; they were very friendly and the food did taste good after we warmed it up at home, lol
Nice staff, professional & courteous. Managers need to check restrooms periodically & assign cleaners. Food was hot, freshly made and tasted great. Good experience!ps... Don't forget restrooms, only thing that kept from 5 stars. They were THAT bad.
The young man,Eric was very pleasant to talk with. He took my order. The burger was fresh and hot, tater tots were fresh and hot also. And the unsweetened tea hit the spot! Very good food and experience!!
Two stars reflects my personal prejudice against franchise fast food.
Love their ice cream treats. Their burgers are flavorful, great chili dogs and crispy tator tots!The service is always good and quick!
Their food is not good. I've tried giving them another chance because I do like their drinks but they somehow managed to mess that up to. Ordered a large banana milkshake and they just threw a whole unripe banana in it, didn't even blend it. The onion rings were soggy and cold. Lukewarm soggy cheese sticks.They don't cook anything fresh. I cant believe the owner has let it get this bad.
Chicken strips were good. Tots were greasy. Didn't send my gravy had to ask for it. Never got napkins at all and the strip basket costs $1 more than advertised on the menu.
Terrible customer service. I was not greeted when I approached the drive through speaker, just told “order when you’re ready” in an irritated tone. I had 3 meals with my order. When I began to order my third meal, the worker made it clear through her tone that my order was too much of a burden for her to fulfill. She gave me a crispy chicken sandwich instead of grilled like I asked, and forgot to add my ranch. Very nasty attitudes and subpar service. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with this Sonic. Something needs to change.
Drove up, parked, pushed the red button to order. A young lady answers. I begin to order. I want a Hamburger with Mustard, Pickles, Lettuce, Tomato, and Onions. That used to be a No. 2 years ago. Now you have to start with a No. 1 Cheeseburger and have them delete and add ingredients, still paying for the cheese I don't want. It was painful. The girl was rude and claimed she couldn't hear me despite the fact that I was speaking so loud the 2 cars to my left knew what I was ordering. I got fed up and drove away. So sad. I drove to the University Parkway location and had no issues with the curtious person that took my order.
