The egg rolls were good. Other than that the fries tasted like fish. The Philly was inedible. The Chicago style Italian Beef was BAD! Man, Chicago would be very disappointed. I tried calling for three days and no answer. Than I finally went up there, and man do I wish I hadn’t never swiped my card. After a hard day at work, and other unfortunate life events, all I wanted was some good food for a special date night. Instead, all we was able to eat was two egg rolls (after spending almost $30). Businesses like this give black own businesses a BAD NAME. Please beware if you have a problem with your food, the owners are not willing to make it right (and even if it was due to their own negligence,). He also will berate you, if you imply your going to leave a review. “So, you want to see me shut down” and “you don’t want my kids to eat”, the owner screamed. Well sir I’m a kid, and I didn’t get to eat, and if I want to warn other consumers of my experience than how is that a bad thing? It’s simple karma. That’s why you always do right by people!!! All I ask was for it to be made right. Please note my customer service experience, because it could be your and your hard earned money going down a drain.
The customer service was great! The food was hot and fresh! The burgers and the philly steak egg rolls was the best must try!
30 plus minute wait for wings not served hot and plated messy sauce was smeared on top of plate (nasty)! Didn’t realize the wings didn’t come with fries or a drink. Spent 18.87 for some Lukewarm wings and a bottle drink. Was my 1st and last time eating here. To me the wings aren’t good. Total waste of money. Go to American Wings by Kroger
Me and my wife went here today and shared Philly cheese steak rolls, Philly chicken rolls, plain wings and a Philly cheese steak sandwich with onions peppers and mushrooms. Everything was made to perfection!!! This is the only place I found that is the closest to how we have our cheese steak subs in New Hampshire. This is our favorite place, you can not go wrong, everything from fried to grilling... perfection! Thank you for the great food and service, we will definitely be coming here any time we want our steak and cheese!
I would give them no stars if I could. The deep fried oreos are terrible. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with simple deep fried Oreos. They were burnt and cooked in chicken grease. I called and no one even tried to offer a new order. I am done with this place. They have gotten so comfortable after getting more customers. Get it together before you start losing more customers. Philly rolls and jerk chicken rolls were very tasty! Sweet and sassy chicken more like hot wings with duck sauce, cashier was a trip!
I was at Campbell and Highland intersection and the smell of bar-b- que pulled me in to try it. I'm glad I did. He makes the sauce in house and the ribs and wings very good. The staff was kind and I'll absolutely be a regular at Saucey Jakes....

We've been eating at Saucy Jake's for over 5 years. We love this food and this family. They are genuinely wonderful people who serve equally as wonderful food. We love the Saucy Jake's sauce so much! Everything we've gotten there, we've loved, and we've gotten almost everything on the menu.
We love the food at Saucy Jake’s and have never had anything we don’t like. The problem yesterday was the wait! I waited 42 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. It would have been nice if they had at least warned me when I placed my order that the orders were running so long. Several people waiting with me were in the same situation. We love the food here, but lunch break may not be the best time to come.
