Took my family to Redbones for the first time last week. Four different entrees, one consensus... AWESOME FOOD! And plenty of it! Burgers and fries, pasta, grilled chicken, salad... everything was outstanding. Our service was excellent as well. It was Thursday evening, I'm guessing happy hour, because the bar was full and there was live music starting about 6 p.m. The sound wasn't so overpowering that we couldn't continue to talk. We had a great experience!
This was our first time dining at redbones. Our dining experience was nothing less than fantastic. Our server Lindsey was very gracious and accommodating. We didn't have to wait very long for anything. She knew exactly when to check on us and had all the right answers. The young lady whose name I didn't get that greeted us and sad us was very sweet and informative about upcoming events and the local area. Whenever we're in Jackson we will definitely go to redbones again.
Never heard of this place before but they had fried oysters and great specialty drinks so I was all set there. Great atmosphere I would stop again.
The service and the steak was horrible. I order a medium well steak and it came to me medium rare. When I had it taken back, the manager came out with the steak on the plate I had, blonde hair bouncing and said that was their medium well. I informed her it's wasnt medium well and asked that it be cooked well done. Of course the same steak came back to me after being handle by the waitress and the manager. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
Our server Kirk was absolutely amazing!! Our steaks were great only reason giving 4 stars is because i think the ribeye could have a little more seasoning. Other than that it was great!
Awesome food. Great waitress she was on top of things. Best internment Typsy Gypsy. Love them. Makes a great night.
Yummy Cajun Seafood! We had the blackened catfish and the Cajun redfish. Also shared the Cajun shrimp appetizer. Everything was delicious and nicely spicy. They have a good happy hour deals and our server Mickey was attentive and personable. My only disappointment was the sub-par house wines. But I’d be back the next time I’m in the area.
Server was great! Ribeye wasn't bad, potato great. Band pretty good. Cheese fries app just okay. Cajun shrimp delicious. I guess I just wouldn't get a steak next time.
Was a blessing to be able to find this place so close to the hotel. A local hangout with great local beer and amazing New Orlean's dishes. We enjoyed the pickles, crawfish and gator (Fried). The bowl of Crawfish bisque was simple heavenly. This is one of those places that makes you feel at home with the comfort foods served.
This is my favorite place to eat in Jackson. Mushroom Swiss burger is as good as I have had. Some times I get a few oysters for openers.
