I ordered the shroom burger. Lots of mushrooms, it was delicious. The yukon chips are made in house and very crispy without oily fingers. My husband ordered his standard wedgie burger with all the fries you can eat. The waitress was pleasant even though she was the only server. We watched her take orders promptly, refills too and cleaning up tables. I hope she gets a raise.
Service was horrible. Had to wait for drink refills. They messed my daughter's drink and didn't even try to fix it. Also didn't get her burger right. When the food was brought out, it was semi warm. Had to ask for napkins and refills. The only thing that was hot was the cinnamon donut things. Watched it sit in the window for 5 minutes before the waitress brought it to us.

We went to Red Robin for as a family for a birthday celebration.We ordered our children’s meals first, then ours. The kids meals were served cold. Our children never received refills. It was 20-25 minutes before we received ours. My husband and I both ordered burgers. They were served incorrectly (no big deal, we picked off and added what we wanted, not our job or the order but no big deal), and COLD, a salad with brown lettuce, and tooted cucumbers, and NO dressing. There were less than 6 families dining with us. Yet, there was no server to be found. After another 10 minutes or so of waiting, our children were not only tired but they were hungry. I took the two small children to the car, my husband and my oldest waited on a manager where he was told they could only take 50% off the bill.We were not looking for a free meal at all, we were looking for a hot meal, quality food, and somewhere to eat a nice meal to celebrate a birthday. The manager told my husband that they took off 50%. They did not. We added the meals we ordered together + sales tax together, we knew what we were expecting as far as the bill came. Yet we still paid over $30. We did not order $60 worth of food.We have generally ALWAYS had great service with Red Robin. This experience was horrible for all involved. We will never go back. And yes, we did dispute the charge with our bank.
Took my daughter for her first time yesterday.Although the waitress was very nice , we only seen her when it was time to pay. The guy that brought the food was polite but the food wasn’t good at all. I asked the waitress to make sure there was no pink at all in the burgers , and she assured it would be well done. No pink . This was my burger . After biting down and tearing it apart it was just too sickening to get another . The place wasn’t busy at all so I don’t understand why it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. It was a bad experience overall. The employees were busy talking bout fights they have had in past than wanting to get our ticket as we were paying cash. Not satisfied.
First time here in a very long time. Now I realize why. Service was slow, husband ordered a michelob Ultra that taste like soap, had to ask for drinks-glasses ran empty, they brought out baskets of fries that wasn't even what we ordered-then they made up an explanation of they put that order in when we was seated our ones we ordered would be out soon- we had been seated for 30 minutes"hummm", we was not impressed with the burgers for the price, but they were ok. Would much rather had a Hardee's burger and will before coming here again. Wasn't but about 7 tables of customers so not sure why service wasn't that good. Just seems good service is hard to come by nowadays.
We were setting at a table at the bar. The waiter was great. The food was also great. My husband got sweet potato fries and they were fantastic.
We were very disappointed! I understand everyone is short staffed - we agreed to wait the 15 minutes for the server to catch up before being seated BUT then people were seated ahead of us! No the restaurant was not crowded & No those people did not sit at the bar! So we went to TGI Fridays, were seated intimately & enjoyed a lovely meal!
Consistently good burgers. Served fast, hot, and with plenty of fries. Bottomless fries in case you want even more! Staff was friendly and accommodating. I'm never disappointed. Nice family atmosphere as well. I'll be back!
We called in our (large) order and upon arrival it was being bagged. Our meal was handed to us organized and labeled, and we wanted for nothing except napkins. We were greeted kindly and made to feel welcome while we waited. Would definitely order takeout from here again.
