This is absolutely my favorite place ever to get a burger! I live 4 hours away but anytime I’m in the area I have to stop by! Their ingredients are so fresh, the portions are very generous, and the service has always been great. We were here last night and our server was very attentive and fast. 10/10 would recommend!
Never again, I was appalled and disappointed with this establishmentWe sat down and ordered our appetizer while waiting for our entrees. When the food came out it looked good and then just when my husband was about to take his second bite a roach ran across his plate. The Manger tried to convince us it was a salad bug. She stated she would wash more lettce and fix another one. We immediately left and even the waitress knew it was a roach because she went and grabbed gloves too pick up the bowl. We should have known something was wrong when I saw the seats were dirty and behind the bar where the garbage can was located the floor appeared to never have seen a mop since day 1. I suggest a level 10 deep clean and to stay away from this establishment until the Health Department informs the public it is safe to return.

food was nasty , burgers come out of a box they are not fresh. also staff was not friendly. we complained about our boxed burger tasting like a chemical. the manager never came out to speak with us.
Good service but when our Chicken Finger salad ordered without eggs, came with eggs on the side and in it. We sent it back, but then it took 10 minutes + to get the replacement. My wife and daughter had almost finished their meals by then. Mgr said he wouldn’t do anything as it only took 2 minutes. Sad if my ladies eat that fast!!!
Good food and wonderful service. First time to eat there and it was good but not as much selection as we would have liked.
Okay, but seemed lower quality than past. Very good service though! The Backyard BBQ burger had a liquid smoke flavor, which I don't care for. The meat quality was good. Had the Hoppin John soup, it could use a bit more seasoning. Again, the service was great!
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere, food was just okay. Ordered 2 well done burgers, one was medium. Not bad, but not amazing either, maybe just a bad night, will definitely give another try.
I had never been here, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I got a cheeseburger and fries and was pleasantly surprised. The burger was juicy, cooked perfect and very tasty and the veggies on it tasted very fresh. My only complaint are easy fixes and don't affect my rating. The fries were too salty for my taste and my burger needed more condiments but I've noticed that all the burgers I've had in Jackson need more condiments so probably just the way they do things here. I can't wait to go back, I am a burger lover!
Stopped in after a long day of travel. The food was amazing! The service was wonderful! If you are in the area stop in and ask to sit in Mary A’s section! 5 stars all the way!
