I went to this restaurant for the first time today for my lunch break. I ordered my pizza very friendly server was helpful navigating my selections. They gave me a number and I sat near the counter so I could watch them get my order ready. I waited 40 min. The server took my pizza to the wrong table. I knew something was wrong because the customer they gave my to came in after me. The customer took a slice of the pizza before the server took the pizza back behind the counter. I asked the server is that my pizza and of course it was. I was so mad I only get a hour for lunch. He told me to get back in line and re order. I was furious because they gave me a number. How in the world do they know who gets what if they not following their own number system. Did they believe I had another 40 min to wait and eat my food. I told them it was the first and last time I’m coming in this place of business. A bunch of confusion in passing out the pizzas. I saw 2 customers just go up to the counter and just grabbed a pizza. They don’t announce the order before they just sat the pizza down on someone’s table. I was furious. I literally sat in front of the counter and the server took my pizza to a table that was not in eye view of the counter. Why did he just assume it was theirs. My number was on the bar on the number holder sitting up high in the air. Unbelievable.
I ordered a pizza for takeout, ate one slice, then found HAIR BAKED INTO MY PIZZA. This is DISGUSTING. A waste of money and a waste of time.
Pyros is a very refreshing twist on traditional pizza. Just like Subway where you pick your toppings, you can customize your pizza the way you want it . Plus, there's no extra charge for all the toppings you want to add. My personal favorite is the Pesto Pizza, but you can choose from several different kinds and then customize it to your heart's desire!
I enjoyed my pizza as always. I was greeted by someone asking was I there for a doordash or food delivery company?? No I am there to spend my money on food. I know it had become a thing but Hello how are you is still a good way to greet guest
Great pizza and AMAZING customer service. Their gluten free pizza crust was definitely one of the best ones I've had. They had options that were both gluten free and vegetarian that filled me up. Is a great place to stop real quick for good food before hitting the road again.
I have wanted to try this for a while now. To I got the pesto chicken artichoke pizza and it was absolutely delicious.. Cooked perfectly. Might work on the customer service a little bit but in today's world that bar for me is very low. I'll be happy to do order pick up again.
It was a interesting experience my wife and I had, it had the slight feel of a subway (in the way they make the pizza's right in front of you to watch) and a pizza restaurant. The staff there was really friendly and helpful, the first person we saw explained the options of dough (crust) they had and answered my wife's questions with ease which showed me they were all very well trained. They also had a great selection of topping for the pizza you want, the only downside to me was the size of the pizza, I'm a bigger guy so the personal size they have just didn't fill me fully as it did my wife. Still desperate that it was still a great place to eat and I'd recommend it to everyone I know that has kids
All the people were Friendly . waiter was great!!! Was nice to see a team work Well together. Made our experience even better. Food is Great

My husband and I decided to try Pyro's today... it's a modern-industrial style restaurant. There is a menu on the wall with several choices or you can just tell them what you want on your pizza. We both ordered the thin pizza crust. Which we were very impressed with... nice crisp delicious texture, and the toppings were also very good. The employees were all very nice. Loved it!!!
