Ok. This location is odd. I've been a few times, and there's definitely a wide breadth in the staff. There have been times when they don't let anyone in the store and the drive thru takes half an hour just to get dry, meh food at the end of it all from an employee who wishes neither of us were there.Other times though, bless it. I've been able to show up just a few minutes after an online pickup order, walk in the front door, and walk out with some of the best fast food chicken in town. Everyone would be super friendly and kind, and I'd brag about the experience to my coworkers when I got back from lunch.All that to say, this store is the very definition of hit or miss. When it hits, MAN. IT HITS. When it misses? Meh.Anyway, if you're going here, may the odds be ever in your favor.
First of all they dropped my drinks twice then on top of that my order was wrong then had a funky attitude because she messed up . Me and my family love Popeyes but I don't think we'll be going back No time soon the service in the past was outstanding now it absolutely sucks
Food tastes better than the one of north highland but staff’s attitude is ALWAYS terrible and the drive thru line always moves like molasses
It would be of great service for the staff at this location to be educated on customer service skills and apply them in their line of work. The staff taking my order was rude, literally yelled "what" to me over the speaker as she was taking my order, informed me that all there drinks was out even the sweet tea, and told me there was a limit on my order after waiting in line patiently. I refuse to eat from a restaurant that staff behaves in this manner. I simply could of been someone from the corporate office. I'm aware of the shortage of staff in many places but good character and professionalism is still really important and could be the very thing that lands you a better job.
Long wait at the drive through, order taker didn’t even wait until I was fully stopped to ask me what I wanted, then cut me off before I finished ordering. I ordered food for my girlfriend and me and wanted to get some mac and cheese but was told “No sir!” before I could even order that. If you’re going to limit what people can order, especially knowing they have been waiting, then at least have the decency to post a sign on how much they can order. On top of everything, I did not even get what I asked for. I’ll probably never go back here
This branch served me the worst chicken I ever gotten from Popeyes. The grease saturated my box and consumed the taste of the chicken. I'll not be returning.
Slow poor customer service get mad when you ask for a specific type of chicken. Then complain and say we don’t have it. Why isn’t the chicken cooked in the first place ? That’s all they cook .
We sit outside in line for 38 min with Three employees running around playing one with no shoes on
I am 57 years old, and I have never waited as long in a drivethru as I currently am at this place. Add to that, they said they will only have 4 pieces of spicy although I ordered 10. Pathetic. Never again.
Well let's see here, other than KFC and Lee's Chicken and Zaxby's I'm not sure there's any better than Popeyes!!!
