Good food. Slower than Christmas at the drive-thru which is the only way to get it
The price has stayed very reasonable & you can't get spicy chicken other than Bogangles with we don't have in Jackson TN. That is so good. The staff has always been good.
Stood at front counter watching employees make food orders for the drive-thru employees were standing at the front counter just staring at us it took them 10 minutes just to acknowledge that we wanted to place an order I was actually getting ready to walk out the door.The food was good and hot but the service greatly needs to be improved
In my opinion you got to catch the chicken when it's fresh out the grease. Because if it's been sitting it ain't it ain't hot it ain't fresh and it don't taste as good overall Popeyes is a pretty decent place though.
The food is always fabulous. But the time it takes to get the food is ungodly slow. There's two places in Jackson Tennessee that are so slow it's unbelievable. And the people don't even act like they're in a rush or in a hurry at all. But the food is always 100%!
They try to short me on my chicken i order a 16 piece meal, they only gave me 12 i had to drive back up to Popeye's on highland in jackson just to get my 4 pieces of chicken they left out of my order. And the speaker box need to be fixed for they can hear us.
Today this location really served up an good dinner. Most everything was prepared perfectly. Beans and rice were on point, the fries were perfect and the chicken crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. The biscuit was a little dry but not inedible. Much better service than most others locally. The lobby was moderately clean and in order but that grease trap smell was present which is always a little disgruntling.
The wait is beyond long. Also need a better delivery system for online ordering. My driver had to wait in line over 30 mins to pick up my order and food was cold due to this. They would not let my driver pick up the order inside.
I have to give this Popeyes 10 stars for thier gracious hospitality!!! Let me start off by saying I am an over the road truck driver! Thier lobby is closed because they are short staffed due to sickness, but thier drive thru is open! I cannot drive my 18 wheeler thru the drive thru and as busy as they were they were kind enough to unlock the door and allow me to place an order inside! Thier whole attitude about everything was just fantastic! This is probably not a big deal to most people, but at that moment it just put a smile on my face and made me feel good! Thank you Popeyes for making this truck driver a fantastic me and thank you for the hospitality!!!
Great and fast service. The only issue that was very present .. chicken thighs were not completely cooked. I ordered a family pack and ended up discarding the larger pieces of a ten piece family meal due to the above issue.
