Sorry sauce nothing but hot sauce pork and beans for baked beans sorry now under different management want my money back
A friend turned me onto the Pig House BBQ recently and I've been twice just in the past week. Amazing food and super friendly staff. I plan on eating here routinely.
Disappointed. We were traveling on I40. Read reviews and decided to try this one out. Google listing showed the restaurant to be dine-in, drive-thru, and delivery. We got there and it was drive-thru. We did order and had to eat it in the car which is difficult with BBQ. Portions were good and the employee was kind and accommodating. However, the pork we had had no smoke taste. This made us want to go back home to Texas for BBQ.
Best BBQ in West Tennessee. The BBQ sandwich and the nachos were delicious. Great portions and great people. Highly recommended
excellent food. had the bbq bologna sandwich with hot bbq sauce and potato salad and bbq beans. also had a Yoder fried peach pie.
I love their BBQ potatoes, and they normally give a great amount of bbq. Today, there was a couple of pieces on both. Like one fork full. It looked like none on the potatoes, so we called and drove them 15 minutes back for him to accuse us of eating the bbq and trying to get more. For him to say we ate it proves there was no bbq on there. Instead of just putting some bbq on there… he says there is nothing he can do because we ate it. That’s not the kind of customer service I’m open to. If you go, just check your order before you leave.
I hate to say this as my wife loved this place when she was a kid, however, after trying it today, sadly, I have to say it was the worst BBQ place I've ever experienced, anywhere, and I've been to hundreds. My wife ordered the BBQ plate with coleslaw and potato salad. The BBQ had no flavor and was cold and dry. The coleslaw was chopped cabbage with a little vinegar mixed in. The potato salad was bland and flavorless. There were baked beans also, but tasted like plain canned pork and beans. I orded the chicken plate with slaw and FRIES. I was told that if I ordered fries it would have to be both sides for some reason. We drove off after getting order. Chicken was completely dried out and not edible! Fries were cold and had obviously been cooked hours before. I expected so much more, but was completely disappointed. I gave the chicken to my dog and everything is else for thrown away. If you are smart, you will avoid this place and go to any other BBQ place in Jackson. I guarantee it has to be better than this place
These are the most courteous and helpful people. Great customer service and the BBQ is awesome.
After what I saw last year, we never ever eat here again. We had always liked their barbecue and service. But to take money with gloved hand, return money and THEN prepare my food with the SAME gloves that handled money. That is just an absolute no for me
Nope! Too vinegar-y barbeque sauce sends me shivers. Even the coleslaw - yucky: chopped cabbage with vinegar? What’s wrong with me not liking it?
