We bought 5 lbs of pulled chicken It was a little salty but you edible. We also bought 5lbs of brisket. It was Too tough to eat. So we called about it and was told to bring it back. Not understanding that we were supposed to getAll that I guest had threw away as well. We didn't know we had to go dumpster diving. So for you need to return it remember to dumpster dive for all the meat.
My husband said it was the biggest pork barbecue sandwich he had ever had. He got the jumbo. I got the regular and we both had the delicious slaw added. There wasn't much sauce to be seen on the sandwich but there were bottles available in the restaurant if you wanted more. We both thought the sandwiches were good, no fat or gristle and well smoked and tender. We will go back to try some of the other meats offered for sure.
Excellent selection of a variety of meats, vegetables, breads, and deserts. Large portions at a reasonable price. Meat & 3 under $10.
We had the plate lunch at 1 pm. The pork steak was cold and hard. Most of the sides were gone or dried up in the pan. While we were in line to pay, they started emptying in garbage. They should have thrown away ours before they served. Went into the dining room and they were putting the chairs up on the tables, at 1pm!! Really disappointed, I was hopeful about this place.

The food was fantastic, especially the chicken and the chocolate fried pie.
