First time ordering from Papa Johns in Jackson. Did carry out and kind of felt bad seeing the high schoolers waiting to deliver pizza! The deal we got was good, the only down side was one of our pizzas had less than a normal amount for a 1-topping pizza, some slices didn’t even get the topping. Besides that, it was fast and the team working behind the counter were very fast and really nice.
Our pizzas tonight were terrible. One wasn’t even cut. Hardly any sauce. Wasted our money lol night…will never do that again.
If you have allergies to food just get your food Ean cut, let them know about your allergies n they will make sure that you are taken care of!!
I ordered online had I'd deliverd paid online with a card they show up wanting me to pay again with cash so now i have no food my kids go to bed hungry and i am $50 broker they ain't nothing but theifs
The first problem was with the woman that took the order. Shetalkedlikehermouthwasonfireandwithaheavyaccent. Yes, I typed that like she talked. My wife was trying to order, but she didn't seem to be able to shut up and listen. I had to get on the phone and try to tell her to slow down and listen, but it didn't work. Had I been trying to order, after giving her 2 chances, I would have just hung up. She finally was able to get the order placed, but it took over well over 5 minutes just to order. It took about 45 minutes to get there, but at least the pizzas were still hot. Replace that person answering the phone and it would have been a much better experience.
Great pizza, not many in the area like this. Fast service for on the road food
Better than most, but not as good as back in the day the old day Papa John's

Forgot to review our May 17th order. Everything was so good and fresh. I was so amazed by the quality and we can't wait to order again. We had a stuff crust cheese pizza, brownies and a soda. The food was hot, moist and fresh. They did such a great job on our order. Thank you!
