I have to say that it's a great place to get breakfast from, & Panera Bread has been my favorite place from the first time I went to the one closest to my house in West Knoxville, Tennessee. I'm absolutely addicted to the Souffles. I purchased 4 of the egg and cheese souffles. My sister & I each had one for breakfast on Thursday and Friday morning (s). Very easy to reheat in the microwave, too! I'm also addicted to the croissants, iced cookies, Mac and Cheese, etc.! I've also had some of the coffee drinks, too! My nieces enjoy the salads & the smoothies, too! I'd definitely recommend the Jackson, Tennessee location!
I’m from St. Louis and so happy to have a Breadco aka Panera in Jackson. My only complaint is that as a sip club member, it won’t let me get my green passion papaya tea on the app - it’s not an option on there. Going to have to cancel it because that’s the only reason I got it! If someone could help me figure that out, I’ll update this review to a 5-star. Thanks!

Panera is awesome the franchise stays with required meets. No slack, product and service is good...?customers should be satisfied ....
If you want a sandwich and some soup or a good salad, this is a good place to eat. Sometimes I'll meet up with my friend Tiffany and we catch up, or you can go to the local shops and have a great day shopping either before eating at Panera Bread or afterwards.

Dependably delicious dining that is not only satisfying it comforts one as well. The environment is always quiet and subdued adding to the total experience.

My family had a great experience here as we were passing through. The management was so helpful and kind. Everything was clean and throughout our meal I watched staff cleaning continuously. The food was delicious and was ready in a flash.
Panera bread is always good! Love their bagels and baked goods. Their chicken salad sandwich is one of the best I have had!
