As always, the food was very good!! The difference this time was the TRULY AMAZING server we got, FRANCES. Super kind and sweet to our little daughter. Very fast and accurate service :)We'll definitely come back again!!!... and we hope to be seated where Frances serves.

This was the first time we have been to this Olive Garden and we weren't that impressed. The food was okay but we have had better at other places. We had the chicken parmesan and the chicken was kind if tough, and our food did not come hot. We know it's hard to keep food hot in restaurants but it's still nice to get your food almost hot. We also thought it was a bit expensive for what we got. Also there were three if us and the salad you get to share was hardly enough for all of us. We know a lot of people really like Olive Garden but there are other nice restaurants that we like better. The one thing we did like is our server was very nice. Very friendly and a lot of fun. A manager came by who was also very friendly. They are why I gave it four stars.

I came in today (Feb. 14) a bit after 3:00 pm. Our waitress was Francie. She was absolutely fantastic--vivacious, quick, friendly, experienced. I could tell that she has been working in the service industry for a while and takes pride in her work. The food was quite nice as well. It's really good for the price, and I think it's a good option for something that won't break the bank while still giving the diner variety and fullness. The red onions in the salad were sweet and not very sharp. The pasta was tender but not soggy. The bread was hot, fresh, and slightly crispy on the outside. What more could you want, really? I made sure to speak with the manager, Aaron, about the wonderful service. I will be back soon.

Maybe it was because we went on a Sunday afternoon but we called in ahead because we had a large party and were told at that moment there was a 30-60 minute wait. We were 35 minutes away and that should have left 25 minutes max of waiting once we arrived. We waited for 45 minutes after arriving to be seated and were never given an updated estimated time. There were no other large parties waiting. We were seated at one table together but they split our party in half and gave each half to a different waitress. Not sure what the point of that was because they both brought out food as it was ready and stood at the end of the table just yelling over everyone to hand food out (we only had 10 in our party). They were out of items on the menu (which is fine {and expected currently} but really should be announced once seated so people know what to not order) obviously making some of us scramble to find a different option while everyone else waits. We had to get the attention of a waitress to get refills (not just drinks but also salad & soup for those who ordered the endless option). Will likely not go back as a large group or on a weekend afternoon.

Olive Garden has fallen even lower than my last visit. We were there at 2:00pm and our entrees were over cooked and dried out. Try eating lasagna when the noodles are hard as rubber! My husband’s speg and meatballs were the same. They had been cooked so long and completely dry!! Bye bye Olive Garden

The food was delicious and I'm assuming they no longer do the endless salad and bread sticks. If they do then our waiter was just that horrible. Andrew was our waiter well I say he was. He took our drink and food order then I guess he just hoped we didn't ask for anything else because he acted like it was a huge inconvenience when we did ask for something like more napkins or a few more bread sticks or even a refill. Ordered an appetizer we just passed the whole plate around the table because we never received any plates to eat them off of. My complaint is only on the waiter/server he was just horrible. Food was delicious what Salad we received was delicious just wished we were aloud to have more for a table of 5 bread sticks always a favorite. The appetizer the lasagna roll up the with cheese was delicious and the chicken margherita was amazing with the exception of the broccoli tops only being slightly blanched. I do Recommend to get take out not eat in not worth the hour wait to have Andrew make you feel as if your a burden.

The food was delicious. Our server was a bit forgetful, but very pleasant. The busboy appeared to be a person with Downs Syndrome. He was complimentary and very charming. I'm glad to see OG had a place for him.

So yummy! B, our waitress was great also!

Our meal was good but our waiter was not. I never received the drink I ordered, it was still sitting at the bar when we left. My husband ordered soup with his meal, the waiter forgot until I asked about it, then they were out and making more, he never did receive his soup. We asked for more breadsticks, our waiter walked to the next table talked to them and then came back and asked what we had needed.

My wife and I were staying in the Jackson area for a couple of nights while traveling from out of town. We had dinner at this Olive Garden. Our waitress was one of the most conscientious servers you could ever asked for! She checked on us frequently. Something went wrong in the kitchen with one of our meals and the manager came to our table to explain that he walked through the kitchen and saw my meal and didn't feel the salmon I ordered was up to his standards so he asked the cook to start all over with both our meals so they would both be perfect and come out hot at the same time. We've experienced many "restaurant disappointments" these past several months but this was not one of them. The staff really care and take pride in their work. It was refreshing to see that! We would definitely go back.
