Me and my fiancé walked and ordered expecting a great experience, but I was completely wrong. Our order was messed up and when we went up to the counter to get it fixed the lady who made our order greeted us with rudeness and a bad attitude. She also talked about us while we were eating. She completely ruined our experience and I hope no one has to endure this disgusting establishment in the future.
To begin with this is a difficult location to access, with the driveway being uphill and difficult to distinguish from the drive thru next door. It is in a congested area. We dined there early on a Sunday evening with several other adults with children. Prominently displayed was a sign that said kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal. My 11 year old son was famished, me not so much so we decided he would eat the adult burrito and I would eat the steak and cheese quesadilla from the kid's menu. Going through the cafeteria-style line, the food did not look very fresh. I avoided the guac and beans because of this. I was pleased to see cilantro and fresh lime. At the cash register, the check out lady originally rang up the entire group on my ticket. I then told her it was just my son and I. Another worker came and insisted on charging me full price for both items because I was eating the kid's quesadilla! I just paid it and didn't complain, but will not eat here again. I did not like the chips. My friend said hers were stale and was appalled that I was charged full price for the kid's quesadilla. Someone else in our group said the coke machine wasn't working properly. The worst part of all was the food temperature!!! That was scary, the quesadilla I got was simply room temperature, even though I ordered steak(which came out of a pan that should have been hot!) and they had put it on the grill!
The quality of some their ingredients were not good. For example, the rice was so overcooked it was like eating little rocks

Food was good. Not too busy. No lids for the cups but over all not a bad place to stop for a meal. Prices were fair as well.

Today was my first time at Moe's. It seems to be a slower-paced version of Chipotle, but they have CILANTRO so they instantly won my heart. It's awesome to include chips and salsa with every meal, and also give customers the freedom to portion out as much salsa as we need for the nice-sized bag of chips. All the employees on the line were kind and informed me of their deals on Mondays. I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you!
