Never can get an order correct, even after driving back through asking them it fix it….it’s still wrong. The order is always wrong in a way that you get much less than you paid for. This case….paid for double quarter. Instead I get a single piece of dried out small happy meal type hamburger in a quarter pounder box. Seems like they didn’t want to cook fresh meet so they just cheated their customer instead. Tried to call the store several times….no answer
I went to get my grandson and I some lunch. I will not go back . Because I ordered me the ten piece nuggets the number 5 . I got home started eating and was on my third to last piece and was about to finish when I hit a bone the size of my tooth. At first you thought it was hard breading.But when I went to swallow it! It hit my throat I could tell something was wrong.McDonald's if you are trying to harm people let us know we will stop going and bring our children. Not safe at all.I'm very disappointed. And this very Unsafe practicesI have pictures and the bone and the nugget it came from.It will not let me post the pictures

Worse McDonald’s located in the Jackson, TN area. As I pulled up the worker cursed continuously through her headset and after taking my order the order was completely WRONG. I then had to park, go inside where I was not greeted by any of the workers. After explaining that my order was wrong and that I asked for no ketchup and my apple slices were missing out if my kids meal the worker asked someone else to bring me apple slices and walked off. The manager who was on duty then came and after I explained once again that my order was wrong and that there was ketchup smashed all over my bag from the burger instead of replacing the kids meal she asked that a cheeseburger be made with no ketchup which is STILL not what I ordered. The cheeseburger was hard as a brick and very burnt but yet while I was waiting I observed workers bringing their kids/family members 20 piece nuggets at a time and fries which I’m sure their food was hot and fresh while meanwhile the paying customer got ignored. Every worker here is very unprofessional and young. I will be contacting corporate further as well as the Gambles who are the owners of this place. Disgusting
It's my fault really. About once every 4 or 5 months or so I find myself here, waiting in line for an order I know will not be correct, yet I keep going back. Maybe I should be giving myself the 1 star. One day I'll learn that there is only one Chick-fil-A.But I do wonder if Chick-fil-A has a model that makes you feel good about your experience, why haven't the other fast food giants caught on and replicated that?Today's order was spicy chicken nuggets and a happy meal with white milk. No receipt was given and when the food was handed over I was given chocolate milk. When I explained I had ordered white milk, she looked at the monitor and after a moment said, "oh, you're right."After I pulled away and got to where I was going that is when I realized the nuggets were regular, not spicy.Maybe I'll try again in about four to five months.
I had to wait a few minutes as I had ordered a breakfast item after lunch. To compensate for my wait time, I was given a large frappe instead of the medium I ordered ?

She’s rude , disrespectful, and after you order we can still hear her talking in the headset about her personal issuers with her work environment.The slowest McDonald’s in Jackson. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I wouldn't normally complain, but this was too much to dismiss, and they're going to make someone sick! 1.) They've been out of dr pepper for weeks.. no biggie 2.) Missing an entire combo. (We only ordered for a family of four, so this shouldn't have been hard) 3.) Called to ask for a refund and lady was super rude. 4.) Hung up with her to go attempt to eat what food we did receive, and my daughter was missing her some of her chicken nuggets! 5.) I decided to call back to inform them that I would like a refund for that tomorrow too (since they are making me drive up there tomorrow for my refund) and employee answers the phone, "What?!" Not no "thank you for calling McDonald's or anything... 5.) Hung up again and began to try and eat my meal and bit into my sandwich to find that the chicken was raw! I'm sure I'll probably have food poisoning. 5.) So now, neither my husband or myself can eat because they didn't give him his food and mine was raw. At least my kids are eating and then we realize there is a bug in her bag of apples. What a fail, McDonald's.
