The food is regular McDonald's but I gave this location five stars because the guy who assisted us that night was taking orders, passing orders through the window, and the order was correct. I do not know if it was just him and the cashier but the killed the service. They were not fast but they we polite and accurate so they got my vote.
The customer service here is ridiculous and when we ordered large fries we got them half full, they are ignorant about charging for condiments when after we paid for over 30 or more dollars worth of food. We keep coming here thinking it would be different each time and the food is cold and not all there and and most not all of the employees are ignorant with attitudes. I would not recommend this location.
My husband just drove through to pick up dinner for us and was accused of stealing a happy meal. They swore they had given it to him. Then the manager on duty decided he needed to argue with him about it. Seriously people?!??!!! Yes we came to McDonald's spent $20 and said yup we are getting over on them by getting an extra happy meal today. This is the worst customer service and completely ridiculous.
I am sick and tired of the rude and disrespectful workers. If you hate your job go find another. There are only a few of them that will actually be nice and helpful. 95% of the staff are rude at the speaker, they are rude when they talk to you and rude when they practically shove your stuff out the window. They need to fire most of them and start over. It is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
Other than cold food when I place a mobile order the service is fairly quick.Just wish food is served hot.

I've been to this location several times and every time my orders wrong and the staff is EXTREMELY rude. Lesson has been learned. I won't ever be back.
Don't expect speed for curbside pick up.. after waiting for over 15 min.. i walked in and saw my order just sitting there. guess they were drawing straws or something to who would bring it out. Cold food is amazing.
The two orders of oatmeal were runny. The female at Window 2 states, "what do you want me to do, we just put water in it?" I requested to get extra packs of oatmeal & I would correct it myself. (Mind you, I'm traveling & would have to return to my hotel to do so.)Thankfully, a lady, possibly a manager came to the window and stated, "hand them to me, I will take care of it." I did, & pulled away out of the drive-thru. The lady brought the oatmeal back, corrected. My niece said it was superb.
I stopped by 12-16 2021 8:15 am to get a large cup of coffee, the dining room was open, I had been there at the inside order counter a couple of minutes, when 1 of the 2 employees working the drive through asked if I could see the kiosk that's where to order, i told her all I need is a large coffee, not sure if she was coming to take care of me,,,I made eye contact with her.... looking for assurance I getting service, instead she asked me to step back from the couner...... I was dissatisfied with my visit this morning....and how the staff handled things.
