I feel that they should go ahead and close this McDonald's down. I walked in today to place an order. First off no one greets you when you come in. A young man with dreads was sitting on the counter. Not even acknowledging me. Another young lady comes around and said sorry sir. How can I help you while she's taking my order? She's asking about chocolate chip cookies and seeing if they had any The young man's like no don't know. Nobody seems to really know anything at this McDonald's It's very frustrating. Also, while she was taking my order she walks away while I'm giving her my order to walk over to someone and drive through and start talking to them, this location has been very unacceptable when it comes to service, they're hiring people that do not want to work

My experience was TERRIBLE! It was a dead FLY in my sandwich and i went back up there to report it and the manager on that shift told me LAUGHED AT ME. I even showed her the fly in the sandwich and she told me there was “nothing she could do about it”. I didn’t get the chance to get her name but please don’t go here terrible staff and food. 0/10

Waited in line over 30 minutes for cold food. Very much mad & irritated.. I understand people get busy at night but I expected warm food at least. Plus they always have a attitude.. If you don’t wanna work there , why be there

3-15-22 11:20am Man bagging the food was standing over the open bags and food while constantly digging through his beard and picking scabs off of his back...NO GLOVES. Also, he was working alongside the manager so I'm sure she saw it. I just threw my drink in the trash and didn't even wait for my food. $12 wasted

Took a bit longer, but food was fresh and good. Attitudes of the workers, however, were TERRIBLE!! Some guy hanging out in his car looking at his phone in the first order line..never ordered...3-4 ppl left...loss of business. Had to remind workers that we ordered a chocolate shake and they came back with a vanilla. But, u know what happens when u complain and send it back....When we said thank u, the door was then shut in our face. As a restaurant owner myself, I understand ppl have bad days, but the attitudes where very uncalled for.

Came here at about 8:30PM.. The dining room was closed, even thought it advertised it was open until 11. It took about ten minutes of sitting in the drive-through before my order was finally taken, and there was only four cars total. Employee didn't even act like she cared, and her words were so slurred I had to ask multiple times to repeat.The "hot fudge" on my sundae was actually just chocolate syrup... yes, I noticed, and no, it does not taste the same. At least tell me if you're out of something so I can order something else. The mint syrup on the shamrock shake was not mixed in at all -- it was just poured over the top. Don't come here if you're looking for "fast" food or properly made menu items.

Diabetic and asked for unsweet tea. My husband watched the girl fill up the cup from the sweet tea urn at the drive thru. He point blank asked her was it unsweet and she said yes. I tried it and it was of course sweet tea. He told her it was sweet and asked again for unsweet. She went to the lobby and returned with a cup of tea that was barely 2/3s full and no ice. Then glared at us until we got our food. On the positive side the food was hot snd correct. McDonalds you might need to school your employees on the fact that when someone asks for something sugar free there is usually a reason. Its not always possible for a life long diabetic to be able to tell a sugared soda from a diet. You could literally put someone in the hospital and get sued. Educate your staff please.

We stayed in jackson on the 22nd of jan. We stopped in tjos mcdonalds at 6am on the 23rd. I was tired and hungry...not my best self. The lady working the drive through was so nice. I irdered coffee...lots of sugar a d creamer. She asked how much and I sharply said i dont know...alot. instead of getting mad...she pleasantly said...alright...im going to fix you up. And she did! Best vip of coffee ive ever had. She is the picture of customer service...she quickly turned a bad morning good with her can do attitude and pleasant smile. She even had me check to make sure it was okay. I am a sr. Operations manager for a large Bank and I would hire her in a heart beat. Not sure her bame but on the receipt it says ks 15. Order number was 17and it was at 6:11 am central time on jan 23rd. Please recognize her and tell her how very blessed I was to have her serve me. I hope this repays that kindness in some way. No cashier, had to use kiosk. Took forever to get the food. Prices have gone up again too. Think this is the last time I buy their food. It's not worth it.

Long wait. Only three people working. No mobile orders. No sweet tea. Many people left the drive thru because no one was taking orders and people were waiting a long time for someone to take their orders. On the up side, when we finally got our food, it was hot and fresh.
