Pretty good drive thru service. Had to wait for 2 caramel frappe's. Even though they are made by pulling a handle downto put it into cup.
Pleased with food-McDouble. Had to order from kiosk. They were short staffed like most fast food, but order was not too long and employees were friendly.
It was fine. I haven't eaten at MD in years. Drive thru was fine.
McDonald's south isn't that good anymore I have lived here since 1962 They used to be good a long time ago About 10 or more years ago. I don't know what happened Go to one on the North side of town I don't go to south not unless its maybe for a drink .Last time I just got nuggets there they were hard as rock an I decided that's it .No more for me. I'm done.They lost any future business from me or any one of my 13 grandkids or 5 great grandkids. If you add that up they are losing a lot of business just from my family alone.
Terrible. Did not get receipt from kiosk in store. I paid for bottled water with happy meal and got tap water. Did not get milk with other Happy meal. Staff practically threw the food at us. Chicken sandwich was deliberately destroyed in box with Mayo on the interior lid of box. That makes it deliberate! I would sue if I had the time!
Really bad experience. Kiosks not working properly, then cash only pay. Order if 3 items took 20 minutes. Bathrooms disgustingly dirty. Hole in bathroom stall ceiling with water dripping on you from ceiling. No toilet paper. Overall cleanliness and service not up to McDonald's standards.
Around 10:15 no one answers the drive-thru or the phone at all.. Pulled away and decided to call back again wondering why every McDonald's was closed before 10. Someone answered the second time and said yes we're open, get there sit in the drive thru. They take one order and I'm next they tell me our system is down. The lady has me pull up because I wanted to know why.after she comes down from her attitude she serves me freezing cold nuggets and for my hot chocolate I get hot water with whipped cream on top. They made my fries fresh but very little of them I guess to make the freezing cold nuggets and hot water look good.
They have the worst staff at night. No one will answer the phone. They ring up the orders wrong, like I wanted a bacon mcdouble with a large sweet tea I stead the rang up Quarter pounder with bacon extra cheese with a large sweet tea. You also sit in the drive thru for about 15 minutes before anyone takes your order. The night staff does not care about the CUSTOMERS at all. I sent my husband to vet me dinner and they got it all wrong besides my tea.i called them over 15 times and no one answered the phone e. The night staff needs to work on their customer service better.

I no longer goes to McDonald's because of the food and service. Isn't reason why, depends on the time you go to McDonald's the food is lukewarm in the mornings or afternoon but at night it gets worst. The night shift do not answer when you first drive up n there's always two maybe three workers, meaning you have to sit in a line for the longest if time. The food is never cooked right . And every McDonald's I go to the fries are warm or cold. Now this the place where they brag off the taste of their fries. (Hahaha) what a joke. If you disagree try going at night n let me know how long it took for you to order n how long it took for u to get your food.
