So I stopped here for breakfast about 430 am just off work and the lady at the window was amazing even though they were short handed she was so sweet. And the food presentation amazing I mean just like the pictures hot fresh tasty even though we waited it was well worth it. Talk about putting some love into what you put out by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to.
I got a story for the ages on this one. I was getting off work at 3am one morning and someone told me this location was open. I called before I crossed town hoping they would answer. I was lucky enough to be sitting down when someone answered the phone at 3:05am. I asked if they were open and the sweetest lady said "yes, till 3:30 but then we close for awhile to switch over to the next shift". I was truthfully expecting an angry person to answer or a fax tone. I told her I was on my way and should be able to make it in the next 10 min. She said to bring it on and they would get me fed, but if it hit 3:30 I could wait or see them next time. I arrived at the drive thru at exactly 3:26am. I heard nothing on the speaker. Then about 40 sec passed and I heard that sweet voice come across the speaker. I told her I made it and was ready to order. I did not get here name but she was not a school aged person or a senior citizen. She seemed to be the leader of the 2 man Crew and was a joy to speak with even if it was about fries and hamburgers. I placed my order, paid and was given my food by this woman. That's normal now a days but she is the only one in years from a jackson mcdonalds that was either not capable of holding an adult conversation or spoke in an understandable language. I enjoyed buying my food, the short wait and the conversation. For most this will be ridiculous but to me it means alot when someone you don't know can be better company than folks you've know a life time. I have not seen her there sense because my shift got changed but I will have to swing by again at 3:26am just to talk about fries one day. Oh ya, food was hot, fresh and order was correct.
Had to use the self serve ordering. Very nice staff. Thank you
The fries were little small and burnt too crispy! My McDouble was a let down itty bitty sandwich I'll never go to McDonald's again and buy that! The service sucked and the people were rude! The workers that work there act like they don't care about any kind of customer service! We will never return!
I couldn't give less than 1 star or I would have. The woman taking my order, repeated it back to me and then asked me to repeat my order. I did and then she repeated it again to me and asked me to repeat it AGAIN. I yelled my order to her then. And she asked me to repeat it again. Went to window and that lady had it right, no questions asked. Got my order, wring drink, wrong size fries and you could play hockey with the buns on the burger. WORST SERVICE AND FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN JACKSON TN. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S
I did a door dash order and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich. I paid about $6.50 for the sandwich alone on 2/2/22. The sandwich arrived and there was the tiniest chicken patty I ever seen and they did not put the tomatoes on the deluxe. Omg, my 10 year old was like that's a Lil bitty chicken sandwich. As far as chicken sandwich McDonald's come last in the race. If you want a decent chicken sandwich go next door to Popeyes.
The employees are so nice but can never ever seem to get orders right for some reason. Probably management issues like almost every McDonald's in Madison County it's just said the former DM was so much better than the new one
The drive thru moved at a pretty good pace considering the cars that were that in line and the time that it was (6pm) the employees were very friendly. My order was just as I asked for it to be, special requests as well. My food was a good temperature even after a 10 minute drive home. I recommend this location over the one on the 45 Bypass, anytime I ever visited the bypass location my order was just unacceptable. I simply stopped going there.

Haven't been to McDonald's in a while, but this visit was good. Breakfast meal purchase for eating in. Used the kiosk and was fairly uneventful. They should remove the table tent# option and only prompt for table#.
