This was the worse place I’ve ever visit in my life. The people were rude besides the server, food was nasty also dry, they used cheap liquor on the frozen drinks and we were overcharged. We left most of the food on the table (no to go’s for nobody and it was 8 of us) cause the food wasn’t edible. People please listen to me DO NOT visit this location. It’s so much I want to say but I rather say this in the most professional way possible. Definitely won’t be back.
From the hostess, to the waitress, to the gentleman that brought us salsa; none of the staff was very friendly or seemed happy to even be there. This is just my personal opinion I didn't think the food was very flavorful. When I'm in Jackson and want Mexican I prefer Don Pancho's.
Never going back to this restaurant!!! I have visited this establishment every Friday for the past year and a half for my weekday lunches and loved it. Today I decided to pick up lunch for my birthday and was provided to the usual to-go cutlery. Took 4 bites out of the side of refried beans I ordered with the spoon THEY provided me and it cut my lip open. I have never had that happen and like I said I've visited this establishment once a week for a year and a half AND I've brought/suggested them to other people. I called to discuss the situation with the restaurant and was transferred to Joel - one of the owners. I explained the situation and he immediately got defensive and spoke to me in a very disrespectful mannor. I will be obtaining the cutlerys business name and information but the utter lack of acknowledgement and the disrespect I was shown from an owner is absolutely unacceptable.
Great place to hang out at the bar or for a family meal any time. Food is great and the bar staff even better. Joel at the bar is also ready to take care of you.
Went on a Saturday and was able to order from the lunch menu. The food was a perfect size and a great value, but the best part was the taste. Authentic , fresh and AMAZING! Jamie had our glasses full as we took our last drink. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone all day.
We had never been to this one, there are several in the area. It was clean, the food was good, but I only have it 4 because we only saw the waitress when she took out order and delivered it. We had to ask someone else where we paid the bill. Left a good tip anyway. We would try it again for sure.
Never again. Waitress service was poor. They bring you a plate full of fajitas with only 2 shells and charge for more shells. Our order wasn't even right to start with. We were very displeased
My chimichanga was stuffed with delicious shredded chicken and topped with lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream. The rice and queso were good too. We had the flan for dessert and it was sweet golden goodness.
Awesome atmosphere and service! Great food and very clean!
