I order a Togo order and showed up 5 minutes after the time the food was supposed to be ready! I checked in and told them the spot number. 10 minutes go buy so I call because I am hungry , they answer and tell me they will tell the Togo people I said okay ! 5 minutes later a young while male came up to my door and said something happened to your order and the manger will come out to talk to you ! 5 minutes later a young white male came to my door and I knew he was the manager because he had on a nice light blue button shirt tucked in ! He apologized for the wait and said he took care of the food for me waiting! I am not writing because I got my food for free it’s because Jacob the manager to accountability for there problem and and did professionally and this hungry camper is happy we need more people like that !!
I loved everything. Steak had so much flavor, shrimp was bomb. Mac and cheese was amazing. Food was definitely fresh. Waitress was nice. I definitely will be back again!
I try not to complain but Jacob the manager says we are bad customers because we tell them to not burn our food. I had to eat around it. They tell us we shouldn’t complain. I’m not happy we get treated we did something wrong but give u our hard earn money. Reminder don’t get on there bad side. They tell you are a problem to there staff. This is unprofessional.They also took money from us I paid for potatoes I didn’t get. We got there take out.
Long Horn does it again (not surprised) by providing exceptional steak and customer service. I was fortunate to sit at the bar with Andrew who was bartending that night. I was surprised when he delivered the news that Long Horn took the Prime Rib off the menu (was on the west coast for three years), but he recommended the Outlaw Ribeye which was amazing. I hope you get a chance to have Andrew as a server cause it'll make your dining experience even better. Also, shout-out to the girl working the online, pick-up orders! I could tell she was working hard and staying on top of the multiple orders that were coming through at her register!
Our server was nice but the service was weird. My husband and I ordered 7 pepper steak salad for dinner. He also ordered a baked potato to go with his salad and I ordered a bowl of potato soup to go along side mine. Everything started normal enough with drinks and bread. Then he brought my soup and my husbands potato. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 minutes later we get our salads. It was OK, we were eating the whole time, and the food was good. We just thought it was an odd way to bring out the food.
Andrew was our server and he was amazing. Everything was hot and fresh slight mix up on 2 of the steaks but it was corrected very quickly.
Best steak in Jackson in my opinion. The white peach sangria is delicious. Fire cracker chicken wraps are amazing. The desserts are so good. Loaded mashed potatoes and macaroni are very good as well!
The steaks were fantastic and cooked to perfection but when it came to a salad... It is all dressing and no salad. The beer menu was unknown to the waitress and hard to tell what was on tap; I had to strain my eyes to see.
The food there is Amazing.. Longhorn has always been my go to restaurant. I usually get my food Togo. And let me just tell you about Lisa she is hands down the absolute best my food is always perfect just how i order it. I never have to ask for anything extra. Ever. The Bartender with blondish red hair is wonderful. Some of the best cooks around!
The steak wasn't great but not awful (and I've been too quite a few steakhouses) The place was chilly the whole time that my date and I were there. Great server. She couldn't do anything about the temperature. I will pass next time.
