I really enjoyed my visit the staff were friendly and hospitable the food was great
We went to Logan's today for a late Mother's Day dinner. Upon being seated at a booth in the bar area, I noticed ants on the table, next to the window, and asked to be moved, to another table. I ordered the Southern Fried Fish with French Fries and Cole Slaw. My beverage was sweet tea. My fish was fried so hard, that I really couldn't eat it. The Cole Slaw lacked mayo or Miracle Whip and the cabbage looked stale. Another guest, seated with me, ordered the Fall Off the Bone Ribs, Fries, and Baked Beans. We could not even tell what the beans tasted like, they were awful. The ribs tasted like they had been boiled and then run into the oven. Our third guest was pleased with his food. Server was nice and polite.
Good food , good service,
Poor service, Took an hour to get two burgers, and they came out burnt the first time then waited another 45 minutes to get the reorder out. Would not recommend this place set for an hour in the parking lot to get seated (was not busy at all!!) didn’t get but one glass of tea for two hours of being empty and had to ask for more. Then the server brought out a pitcher of tea and had his finger in it and got an attitude when I asked him to take it back. Then we didn’t see him for another hour until he served us the bill. Management had an attitude when I told them that he had not been at the table but twice in the three hours we where there.
Took family out for dinner on a Sunday evening. Only 5 of us. Was told the wait was 30 minutes even through the place was half empty. Understanding help is hard to find right now, It looked as if there were plenty of servers and cooks on hand. We waited 40 minutes way Bing people leave but no one else going in before we went to ask if they forgot about us since we were waiting outside. Apparently they had. Once at the table the real problems began. The service was horrible. Our table was the only table our server had yet he never came around. Every table around us had a different server and they all had the same issues. Food was horrible as well. Burgers were burnt and server had his thumb in our drinks. Manager was rude. Will never go back to the Jackson Logans ever again.
On Sunday 3/13/22 me and my sister decided to have dinner at Logans in Jackson Tn. We were seated within 15 minutes. The waitress was very nice but very careless. She didn't write anything down which led to multiple mistakes. I ordered the smoked wings as an appetizer, and she said "we may be out of them", I never received the wings and was never advised if they had any wings. Then my sister asked for a salad without tomato and onion and she brought a salad with onion and tomato without bacon. She ordered the catfish and was told they were out. She ordered a sweet potato and received a regular potato, because they were out of sweet potatoes. Then I asked for steak sauce, and they were out. This was a very horrible experience, I think Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, or Outback would be a better option.
I normally don’t do many reviews unless something was really bad or something was good. Went to Texas Roadhouse and there was a two hour wait . My wife and I decided to give Logan’s a try. Often when I go to a steak house my steaks are usually over cooked so, I was hoping for the best yet expecting the worst. As we went in the hostess was quick to sit us, our waitress was very attentive, atmosphere was upbeat. My salad came out fresh cold and then when I got my steak it looked good and tasted even better. No steak sauce was needed. Prices are fair. The manager, I assume it was the manager on duty came by and checked how our meal was. We had a amazingly good experience. We will be back.
I had salmon that came on a bed of rice and I had broccoli and mashed potatoes as my 2 sides. I didn't like the rice too much. Not sure what it was but I didn't care for it. Everything else was pretty good. Is this restaurant my first or second choice? No, but I would go again.
Well Ladies and Gentleman, I used to rather enjoy a great meal out with the family at Logan's Roadhouse in Jackson, TN. But I'm just going to go ahead and WARN you, that's not what you get here anymore!! Service was not great, she was trying, but she seemed a little spread thin. We had to ask for our rolls MULTIPLE times!! I had to ask for my salad, and when she FINALLY brings it to me, not 2 minutes before she brings me my steak!!! When you order a $25 steak a certain way, you kind of expect it to be that way! But, ALAS! That was not the case here either!! Butterflied, Well Done, Not Burnt, and it comes out still bleeding and TOUGH as leather!!! Took My Brother out for Birthday Supper, and He ordered Medium, and got Well Done at one end, and RARE at the other!! No Heinz 57 Sauce, No longer carries Country Bob's!! So Ladies and Gents, don't think I will be going back there anytime in near future!!! And, I would advise y'all the same!
Went at 6pm on a Saturday, I know probably the busiest time. We were told 30 min wait for a table, which I thought was awesome, but when our table was ready sooner than that(21 mins) I was floored. Victoria was our server and she was amazing, she had many 5ables to take care of and did so well. Those rolls were on point, my burger was cooked perfectly to my order. Try the strawberry lemonade. The entire staff was friendly and energetic. When passing by I noticed the kitchen staff working as a well oiled machine, Gordon would be proud.lol. overall, I was expecting long wait times on table and food, but that didn't happen.Definitely one of my favorite places.
