My pizza was not cooked all the way through I pay for extra toppings they I didn't receive an on top of that when I called them to let them know of there errors they tell me to bring pizza back an they will make fresh new ones mind u it's storming out side I just told them don't even worry about it I will not be going back there
Last night was some of the best service I've had here in a while. The pizza was excellent for one under $10.00. DT line moved fast and the people working were actually half way sociable.
Ordered online at 6:00. . Said my pizza would be done at 6:20 . Usually they send a email saying " pizza is ready ". Never got email at all ..went there. Waited 25 minutes. Pizza not ready . .. went home . Waited for email .. no email. over a hour n a half later I called n they acted like it was my fault n said my pizza had been ready. Lmfao. Wouldn't give me a refund. When I went in the first time I should have jus went through drive through instead of ordering online. They really need to fix their online ordering. Makes no sense. Needless to say I won't be back. when I went in they are so dirty. Place is filthy in there. Place is a dumpster fire...any reviews saying they are good is lying and probably paid for spam bots or whatever . Save yourself a headache n corona n stay away. Nobody here wears gloves or mask
If I could give no stars I would. Gave me 2 large raw deep dish pizzas. Told me they would replace them next time but when I tried to get the replacements they refused. Never got call back from general manager.
Staying in a nice hotel 2 miles away & cannot place an order for delivery for whatever reason. For that, you get 1 star.
But not only they gave me a pizza not cooked under cooked still doughy and then they gave me the wrong pizza still not cooked worst service I ever received
Ordered for pick up via phone, specifically asked for pizzas to mafe certain way and it was very easy to tell on the phone before pizzas were picked up that they were gonna be not made the way they was ordered. Arrived to pick up and bingo incorrect order as I thought. Pizzas never have food ratio of sauce and toppings. Pizzas have barely any sauce and taste dry everytime. Place was packed last time and they use that as an excuse to incorrectly make pizzas and get orders correct. Watched other customers get discounts cause the same thing happened to them. This place needs to get it together. Never have hot N readies when my family comes in to store. ?Went in here again hoping for different results, pizza was undercooked, bread was doughy and breadsticks were near burnt. This is ridiculous ?Female employee webt off on someone in drive thru and was terminated on spot. Someone else needs to do the hiring apparently. Cause the service by the employees recently are unprofessional.0 stars
Order was completely wrong,but they fixed it with no problem. Fresh and very tasteful.
I pull around the window and waited 25 mins. still did not get service at window am giving this place 1 for loss of customer I will not come back to them at all. worker just refuse to come to window so, I pulled off can't do your job get fired.
Went in to buy some pizza.The place was dirty. Not clean. One worker was fixing her hair . I hope she washed her hands before making pizza .I did not see anyone wearing gloves. I did not like the fact everyone's bare hands were touching my food. I had a few pizza's to buy and had people at home starving and waiting on me to bring home pizza.I was so worried about buying pizza there. Well ,I did ! And ,now regret it! I got home and my son bit into one of the pizzas and there was long piece of black hair on it..all of that pizza got wasted. That done it for me..I will never be back to that place again!
