Waited over 20 minutes in drive-thru line AFTER I ordered and only 3 cars were in front of me. They gave me Coke and I ordered iced tea. Incorrect potatoes. Ordered tater tots and they gave me fries. And 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong with what was on them (or not); they totally forgot to put the 4th one in the bag at all! Plus, no ketchup or condiments on the burgers and the buns were overcooked and were crispy and the burger meat was dry. I even verified my order when I drove up to the window and they said yes, just as I ordered. Found all this out when I got home, of course. Not a good experience at all.
I love Krystal burger but the service at their N. Highland store in Jackson, Tn is horrible! Every time I break down and need a Krystal fix, I swear I will never go back and sometimes just get out of line before ordering and leave. If you can't find enough good help, just close down!! Last visit, cars were all backed up to order and the girl was on her phone!
Drove from Henderson Tn to get myself and my brother a box of krystals a piece. I freeze them and just heat up in air fryer. Got to the drive thru. And she told me they were closed due to not having anyone to show up for work. I was so mad. I know it wasn't her fought. What is the problem nobody needs money anymore can't get people to work. Sad
Want you to wait 25 min for drive thru .I have stopped at this locating 4 times in one mounth and du to incompetence never gotten to place an order I'm done trying . Ne er stop here
Have not ordered thru drive thru in a long time. Went tonight, and ordered 3 Krystal cheese and was told 25 minute wait because everyone was ordering burgers and don't know if they have enough wow
Food was horrible. We got soggy burgers(only recieved half of those), old cold fries and corn pups you could not chew. We tried to go in to get money back but lobby wasn't open. We drove back through drive through and the staff was incredibly rude. I will never return.
Rude service, room temperature food and a 25 minute wait. We were in town from out of state kids are always excited to visit, food was so bad they didn't ask to go back for the two weeks we were there.
One of the only food places open on Christmas eve for travelers. Was greeted professionally. Was told up front there was a wait for the food, and that was the best wait for the food! Been in OKC since June this year and there is no Krystal's there. This was perfect ?. Great employees. We'll see you again when we travel to TN
My grandson & I got 12 Krystals with cheese on 6 & extra mustard & pickle on the other 6, large fry & large sweet tea. The fries were great, hot and tasty. Tea was great. The burgers were good, just kind of smashed in the boxes, and none had cheese which I paid $1.74 for. Overall it was good cuz we were hungry!
Burgers are usually soggy at this location. This last visit the onions tasted burned and the burgers I did eat were messy. The onions were all over the outside of the buns. I even had a pickle under one of the buns.it was mostly edible just not what I was craving. I ended up throwing half the burgers away.
