Servers don't worry about you much until they bring ticket then remind you of tip. Here's tip... do your job, then I'll tip well. Don't mention your tip. especially multiple times, then continue to walk over and look at the ticket to see if I have tipped.
My experience here was not well. I had been charged for 5 buffets and refills after only 4 people ate. Food was cold, dry, and you could definitely tell it had it been sitting out for awhile. But the atmosphere was very nice and waitress was polite.
So, I initially visited this buffet over a year ago. It was ho-hum then. I mean, it was clean, the staff is friendly & helpful but there's nothing over the top about the food selections. Although I couldn't taste the snow crab legs (allergic), they appeared on the super small scale. My daughters stayed away from them. The salad options had only iceberg lettuce; no spinach, kale or even romaine options! Although the grill is included with the buffet, it's hidden away & dark as if to not invite patrons. Even the dessert options weren't to rave about. Yes, I went back for a second visit (the restaurant, not the food selections) but I won't give it 3rd try. Not worth the taste disappointment.
Food is always good service is good people are always nice. You can eat here just as cheap as burgers and here u can eat what u want
King Buffet has such a wonderful selection of delicious dishes and the staff are always very friendly and polite.

Absolutely love the double sinks by the door!! Best time to go is during brunch or after lunch ? fewer dinners ?.
It's located in the same building where my favorite Chinese/American cuisine restaurant named China Pan used to be located.They've updated the place as far as decor, new owners, cooks and wait staff. But, ? the food is nasty. Over seasoned and for a family of four dinner was priced at $60 with drinks.
This place is quick, efficiant, and varied. There are many delicious foods and the waiters are all very kind. Great for families and lone trips alike! You earned these five stars, and lived up to the title of King, King Buffet!
This is yhe best and cleanest place to eat in Jackson, TN. Food is fresh, has Sushi, and good service. Stop by and enjoy.
