I went in today and ordered a 3 piece wing with Mac and cheese and green beans, although the customer service was "ok" and the sides were awesome, the chicken was undercooked! The chicken had too much fat and it was soooo greasy. My sister ordered thighs and they were the same way. They should really let the chicken cook longer if possible, if the customers can't wait then they should find somewhere else to eat. Being busy shouldn't warrant undercooked food, some of us can wait!
My 3 piece dinner was fantastic. The staff was very nice. The bathroom was spotless. The entire store was clean. If it was 1988 and I was a QSC inspector, I'd of given the store a 103.On the down side, the Sierra Mist was out. But I enjoyed a Pepsi and made my way to Ohio.
As a child my grandaddy loved kFC chicken. I told a friend my grandaddy has been on my mind so I'm going to get some of his favorite chicken. But oh boy was I in for a treat that's not the same chicken taste from my childhood the batter that the chicken is fried with had to much pepper in eat. So I just couldn't eat it, but he also loved Popeyes so I stick with them.
Fresh crispy tender chicken sandwiches. The girl working the lobby was friendly which is always a plus!
Drive through time was fast the food came out hot and fully cooked but somewhere there was a mix up on breading type. Which was tolerable, just not what I asked for. The biscuit was a little light but that was okay with me too. Normally I get the buffet instead of DT service anyways and it still makes for good lunch/dinner combo for today.
One of the best drive thru windows in Jackson and the food is always good. No complaints here?
Gross. They had no more crispy chicken. No more drums. I paid for a extra biscuit and didn’t get it. The biscuits were like undone. She rushed me on the intercom. I probably will never go back. I’m very disappointed.
Actually got my order right almost stopped eating at KFC cause keep messing it up but wasn't allowed to dine in and rude about it loved too someone up the chain about how there business is being run in Jackson TN
Food was just ok, mashed potatoes were runny, and they for got to put my gravy in the bad don't know what was happening yesterday with them, I'll give them another try.
A little expensive but I'll always love KFC have since I was a kid. But 1 breast, 3 sides, and 4 biscuits and 2 drinks was right at 25.00
