We had a travel mishap where we needed to get a tire replaced, so we walked to the local jimmy johns. Our little dog, yeti, is with us, so we needed to eat outside. The folks made the order perfectly, and provided an umbrella for the table along with some water for our furry companion. A big shout out to the staff for their help and welcome. Thank you!
When everyone else seemed to be closed, Jimmy John's was open. My schedule is not always good, so availability is a plus.
Thank you Bob! We got into town a bit late and wanted a light dinner. JJ’s was just across the way from our hotel and were closing in 8 minutes. Bob let us in with a smile and helped a couple of hungry travelers out. THIS is what customer service should be. Friendly, welcoming, quick, and tasty! Our dinner here tonight will be the highlight of our stop in Jackson. Thank you Jimmy Johns for recruiting and keeping great staff like Bob and his crew tonight.
Just wanted to make sure that an employee was recognized on 11.18.21. His name was Brad. I was traveling from Ohio back to Texas stop and get something to eat and stayed in a hotel before I went home and Brad made it very very nice and welcoming and had great customer service. It’s hard to find a really good customer service anymore through all this pandemic. I just wanted to give brad a huge shout out for awesome service. Thank you.
Is it weird to have a favorite Jimmy Johns? Because this is mine! The employees were so friendly (especially for it being Black Friday) and the manager chatted with us about our travels home for the holidays.
Been a while since I have been to one, still freaky fast and tasty!
Haven't been in years and now I can't wait to go back! Fresh, delicious food and fantastic service. Perfect if you're doing keto too... lettuce wraps!
Freaky fast is freaky slow this place has just gone down on everything
Slowest jimmy John’s I’ve been to, the sandwiches are good , but jimmy johns is supposed to be FAST. Other stores are handing you your sandwich before your credit card is done reading. Maybe some employee cross training at other shops would help?
Drive through line wrapped around the building, customers inside stacked up, employees are both standing around and moving like sloths. Fast-tracking the demise of this franchise. Hire better employees or go ahead and close the doors. Not worth the frustration
