Food simply tasted old.Tried them out again 8 months later, purchasing a bacon biscuit. Had almost no bacon on it. Jack's are yall having tough times? Because this isnt a bacon it's a biscuit with maybe 1 actual piece of bacon.
Used to be a good place to get a burger, but the three times I've been there in the past month the staff has been rude, been told I have to pay extra for cheese on my burger then told it's always been that way (wasn't that way the week prior), told I have to come in to order after waiting for 5 minutes at the speaker in the drive-through, and the milkshake machine is broken more often than the one at McDonald's.
Jack's at 3180 N Highland in Jackson, TN has the worst customer service, like consistently bad customer service. When they're short staff, they don't inform the customers sitting in the drive thru when they approach the speaker, they just let you sit there indefinitely. Then when you say "hello?", they accuse you of yelling at them despite not actually yelling. Customers understand if you're short staffed, however, we don't know unless there's a sign or if you actually took the courtesy to let them know over the speaker. Seriously, I hate that particular location, they're horrible, lack common sense on how to conduct business and how to properly communicate.
Waited like 10 mins at the drive through for no one to say anything even though someone had ordered before me. Fiancé went in and two girls were just talking and laughing at the register for 5 mins before taking his order. Ordered a fried green tomato BLT. Tomatoes were soggy and it had NO BACON ON IT. Never again
We ordered our drinks. We got 2 meals that came with 2 drinks and then we ordered a water separately. Then we got our food and only 1 drink. The lady serving us through the drive through refused to give us our other drink and was not very kind about it. We showed her the receipt and she was still being stupid about giving us the drink and decided to give us the drink half way open with mello yellow all over the drink. It was a very sorry experience and I hope she gets her job taken away for that.
First bad experience I’ve had at a jacks. Food was cold and stale and had been sitting a while and overall didn’t taste good. Won’t be back to this location
So tasty for our first time. The light skinned curly girl was so dang sweet in the drive through??? the line went fast AND my food came fresh. I had my two dogs with me and they adored them as well. 10/10 fast food exp.
Everything at Jack's tastes great! My favorite is their fried chicken which is absolutely delicious! I order cream potatoes and gravy and green beans as my sides. So very good, and the employees are so nice!
Went through the drive through and was told they weren’t taking any orders for 20 minutes because of short staff while I watched two employees standing outside smoking cigarettes.
If I could give them a 0 I would! I actually waited in line the other day for over 30 mins before I got my order taken. Then when I finally did get to the window all I got was a "I'm sorry"!! I've worked for the public before and this is not the way you do business!! I WONT BE GOING BACK AND I HOPE EVERYONE WILL READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND IF YOU DONT HAVE AN HOUR FOR LUNCH DONT GO TO THIS PLACE TO EAT
