I like IHOP. I've had a few issues with this restaurant in the past, but they seem to be doing better now. Everyone was especially wonderful on our last visit. It was my grandson's birthday and the waitresses loved him! They talked to him and laughed at his silliness. They surprised us with everyone singing "Happy Birthday" to him, and brought him a small bowl of ice cream after he finished his pancakes.
The food was good, but not hot because it had sat up front for awhile. The wait on online mobile orders needs to be done differently. It was like an hour or more after your order is suppose to be ready. The waitress at the front seating people should be honest with the customers who are waiting versus saying a few minutes or not long they should say maybe 30 to 45 mins that way customers would be more understanding. When you walk in and you know a restaurant is full. Then a person would be expected to wait without any disagreements or unsatisfied service. The manager on duty was doing more than she could to satisfy customers after there long wait by offering a free drink for the wait. Thank you

Great food and service but the restaurant was as cold as an ice box.with exterior temps of 46 degrees, why is the interior restaurant air conditioner on? Most patrons were bundled up eating in heavy coats and jackets. Miserable.

I don't know if the food was good because we waited for so long, or the fact my mother with cancer hadn't had anything since 9pm the night before; but either way, we finally got our food after drinking 3 pots of cold coffee.....while we watched a table buster eat from the left overs
It was absolutely great. Our waiter was probably one of the best I've ever seen. It just wasn't our table, watched him do it for everyone.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and had EVERYTHING that we needed. Not just myself and my husband, but everyone that was in the restaurant. All smiles and teamwork, is what I saw. All of the workers deserves a raise and a bonus. If I could, I would triple their salaries myself. The staff at this location, we're trained properly and take their jobs seriously. I loved all of them?
