I like it here and the food is good. People are nice too. The only thing that confuses me is that when you ask for a frappé they ask if you want it hot…..a frappé is a blended ice drink that originated in Greece by accident at a coffee trade fair by a Nestle employee. Frappé is Grecian word meaning chilled or partly frozen. When I responded with “iced” I received an iced coffee but they were very nice about it and made it an actual frappé. It’s happened more than once with one person telling me frappés (meaning partially frozen drink) can also be hot. ? Do they make the frappé then unfreeze a frappé? Idk. I’m not sure what’s up with that. Anyways, I recommend this place they blend coffee flavors well and have a big collection of flavors and food.
The service was great, and the cookie and frappé were perfect!
Food was ok, service was mechanical not very friendly, plastic flatware sucked. Trying to cut bacon with a plastic knife doesn’t work. Hash browns was a small triangle of potatoes similar and smaller than McDonald’s.Menu on wall was hard to read, no condiments on the table. I had to ask for them and it took a while. Waffle House has better service and food.
Great service and lots of menu options!
Went for the drinks. The menu is endless. Probably the biggest menu I've seen. Even pre Covid! Upon entering, the smells will lead you floating towards a chair to order. As if you've become a cartoon. Its THAT good. After the drink I HAD to try a treat. Got a simple chocolate chip cookie and man was it fresh! The chips were big too, loved it.Go there if you're looking for a wide variety of food options. A place that taste pallets of many kinds can enjoy .
I'm addicted to the Nashville Hot Biscuit!! The Fruit Tea is always a winner and I've had each flavor of their muffins...always delicious! I've only eaten at the South location and only during breakfast hours. But have never been disappointed with food, service nor cleanliness ?
4 of us topped for a quick bite, but took a little longer. Food was good, though my baked potato was a bit dry under the cheese, veggies and chicken that were tasty. Grilled chicken salad was good. The BLT was full of bacon! We'd go again, but expect to stay longer. Lots on the menu to try!
Love the coffee. Don't understand why the close so early on the weekends. Seem odd to tell a full dining room they have to leave, you'd think they'd want the business. But if you can get there early enough they're great.
Prices for breakfast items were not accurate. Charged more than what their sign said. On the positive side drive through wasn't as slow as it has been..
First of all I would like to start off by saying I can not imagine being a restaurant owner in this day and time with staff shortages, food cost, supply issues.I went through the drive thru this morning to order some breakfast. I noticed there was a sign on the menu board that said there will be a increase of 5-10% on all items due to a supply/food cost increase. I was totally okay with paying an increase knowing that the owner has to pass his increase on to the customer so I continued with my order. I ordered two sausage rolls that were on the menu board for $1.60 each. I expected with the increase and tax for my total to be under $4 however she said my total was $5.76. When I got to the window I asked the girl to check my order to make sure it was correct, which it was. When I said her about the charges she just stated "our prices went up". I told her I saw that they went up 5-10% but what she was charging me was more than double (60% increase). She just shrugged her shoulders and stepped back.Again, I don't mind paying more for an item especially if that means keeping the quality to standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case.. My sausage rolls were not editable. The bread was extremely dry and the sausage was burnt. I feel like was kept under the warmer too long the day before and just reheated the next day. Needless to say I was not satisfied with my visit this morning.
