First time eating here. Really enjoyed the food. Pick your own meat and vegetables and bring to the grill. Fun to pick and stuff your own food choices. Plus you can spice it up and pick sauces to add. Staff very thorough in explaining choices and how it works. Will defined be back.
Really slow service. Server had to ask 3 tines what our drinks were. Food was good but not really worth the 16 minute wait to get acknowledged that we had been seated.
If you've been to one Genghis, you've been to them all. We went for lunch and it was a skeleton crew working, but it didn't slow down our service. Our waitress was very kind, and quick even though she was the only one waiting on 10 or so tables. Plenty of food choices were available. Cleanliness was okay. There was a slight odor of something off, but not bad enough to ruin the experience. Food was cooked well and tasty.
It was my first time at this location. I definitely enjoyed all the food that I had.If I had a negitive comment it would be that the people working there didn't seem to be organized. I don't know if it's a managerial problem or just inexperieced workers.Even with that said I will be ruturning to this establisment. The food was good.
When we showed up they said it would be 10 to 15 minutes wait time. We said ok even though the restaurant was about 70% empty. A few minutes later a woman comes up and says her manager said it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked why and she said because the grill was behind. I pointed out the the restaurant was nearly empty and many already had their food. She just blamed it on people who already left. It was clear they wanted to run us off, which they accomplished. Being rude and making up reasons not ro serve your customers is a sure way to run off business.
Chiquita was a very helpful and knowledgeable manager of this location very helpful and us doing our job as well as treating us right while we were there this place has excellent staff I recommend it highly
I got the Medium bowl which was $15.99 you can choose 2 starch to go with your bowl and all kinds of meats and veggies all kinds of sauce ? it was alot of food I thought I could finish it but had to take it home! Very delicious this was my first time eating here .
I'd give 0 stars if I couldWorst customers service. Waited 5 minutes fir a table wirh maybe 2 other customers in rhe building. Waitress talking wirh cook while we stood there.Waitress was barely socialable until my daughter complimented her.Food on the floor near buffet, empty containers on buffet, rotting food in some, raw meat just sitting out.Chipped water cup, chipped bowls.And all this for just $40$40 for two bowls of over saturated soggy vegetables.No meat because it looked disgusting and warm God only knows how long it was sitting out.Why offer 3 sizes of bowls then give us this dinky little bowl to gather our food (which is I imagine the same for every bowl) mNEVER AGAINSUCH A WASTE OF $$
The food and service were great and always are. They have lots to choose from and I love that I get to choose everything that goes into my bowl.
