It was wonderful when it first opened. Overtime the staff seems to become more unfriendly than the last. The food is good but they're always out of something. And maybe I'm just unlucky but every time I've been there in the last 6 months all the tables were dirty. Maybe best to just do take out
Our 1st visit to this franchise after many sightings on I40. We were very pleased with all aspects of our visit. Service was polite and our food was fresh without the fries being nuclear hot, very swift too for 8pm on a Friday night. Thanks much, we will be back!
The manager Jamie made our night. Our food took a long time because it seemed everyone wanted Freddy's tonight! She was very apologetic about the long wait and kept us informed on our order. She even gave us some cards for free custard on our next order! I will definitely be back just for her attitude and of course the great custard. Thank you Jamie!
We drove thru for our usual delicious concretes, but we were behind 3 cars and obviously they had food orders or something. By the time we got to the window for our order, they were about half melted, not concretes at all. Disappointed.
Really good burger! If it hadn't been so cold in the building, I would have given 5 stars. (We are older, and get cold easier)
Food is good. Service is, most of the time, also good. App is always down on their end, and even if you tell them in the drive thru speaker that you're trying to redeem points, they don't tell you it's not working for them until you're already at the window. They're a little rude about it, too. How the heck am I supposed to know? Very inconvenient, since it's one of the only reasons I come here. What's the point of saving points and getting them if you can't use them, ever? ?♀️?♀️
Friendly and outstanding service! Definitely going to visit again. The woman who waited on us was outstanding. If only there were more places that had employees who genuinely care about their job/company and customers.
A bit disappointing, all the tables were dirty. I asked for a towel to wipe off and was basically ignored so no one wS addressing dining area, cleared it with our own napkins. Obvious this was not a priority and there was only about three other tables occupied. 10 minutes after a church group came in with about 15 people and once again no clean tables. Burgers were excellent high five to the grill man as he was on point.
The Food was Fabulous!! Loved the Custard Sunday also!!
Would give a negative 1000 stars if I could . Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before asking if someone is working the front counter. We were then told by a very rude worker that “they were getting to it.” No one even acknowledged that customers were waiting at the counter. We didn’t bother taking names because all of the staff probably has the same horrible attitude. Staff definitely needs customer service training!!!
