We just moved to Tennessee and are happy to know that there is a Firehouse somewhat close to where we moved to. It is one of our favorites and we were not disappointed with this location.
The service was quick especially during the inch period . The sandwich was also quite delicious !
Service was the worst today. Did on line ordering and still have too wait 20 minutes extra for my food.
I always get the Italian and the sun chips every time I stop in. my wife likes all the subs she has tried good stuff and fire house is 100 times better than that woke company subway.

Food good, restroom fairly clean, staff not friendly at all. Teammates just ignored us for several minutes while our party waited to order. Only two patrons in the entire restaurant. Interesting strategy to ignore the only people eating here with 5 people working. All the other locations say welcome to firehouse when you enter and make you feel welcome. We felt like an inconvenience here.
Always delicious food, great team and fast enough to go for lunch, especially if you order ahead. I recommend the brisket sandwich!

We ordered 2 New York Steamers with all pastrami to go, what we received were 2 pastrami sandwiches with mayo. There was no deli mustard, no italian dressing and little to no provolone, only mayo. When we called we were told they would make it right.
There subs are so good I always go back to order from them ...
