Review for drinks only, not food:I’ve started going here for coffee because Starbucks has become unrealistic price wise. Why spend $7 on a venti coffee at Starbucks when I can get an equally good coffee here for half the price? And Dunkin also has refreshers (which I loved getting at SB) that taste just as good as SB for, again, half the price.
Over charged me, which should of been $24 but somehow was charged $32 for 3 muffins 2 iced coffees, coolota, and sausage and biscuit not to mention I had to pay extra $3.28 for donut holes she said she didn’t charge me for, was in a hurry to get somewhere so did not question until I added all the items up! I feel the employee is probably overcharging and putting $$$ in her pocket!!! Tried to called but no one answers the phone apparently!!’n
The floor was very sticky. The ladies working were very busy with the drive through. I stood in line waiting to get a few doughnuts for almost 10 ten minutes (there was only 1 customer in front of me.) One lady did say she would be right with me, but they were so busy with the drive through orders that the customers who came inside never got served. I left after 10 minutes of waiting.
I come here probably twice a week for breakfast and some days its cool some days its not. Today it wasn't. The girl at the window today seems to hate her job, just gave me my food with no context. Told her thank you and she just stared at me. Pull off to go and drop off the meal to my worker and he hands it back to me saying there's a hair in it. I look and low and behold there is a hair in his food. Its funny because he and I both have low faded haircuts ??... So I drive back to return it for a replacement (they are pretty good at replacements) told me to pull forward. I hand the food back to the worker at the window. She takes it , looks at it , and says nothing. I gave it 3 stars because its the first time this has ever happened (although no one wears hairnets here) . The girl at the window just hands me my replacement again with no context- not a we apologize or a please excuse that . Again I say THANK YOU and she just stairs at me with an unpleased look on her face. Anyways I hope things get better up there I know food jobs are hard and irritating but you gotta fake it to make it sometimes . But thanks to the manager in the back for always fixing things she works hard .
Why don't you have Bavarian Kreme? Your employees acted like they had no idea what I was even talking about. From your own corporate website: "Bavarian Kreme----Similar to the Boston Kreme, this donut is a yeast shell with Bavarian Kreme filling. However, instead of a chocolate glaze topping, the Bavarian Kreme is tossed in powdered sugar. Bavarian Kreme filling was created to resemble the traditional Boston Kreme filling for a cake."
I guess there was a reason I HAD to get Dunkin' this morning. I wanted something different and happy to pull me out of my boo-hoo this morning. Dunkin' kept popping in my head. It's way out of my way, but I HAD to have it. As I was munching I noticed the side of my box said "You got this!" Y'ALL! I got this. WE got this! It's going to be a good day. The Hummus and Roasted Tomato toast is fantastic! I already want more. I also asked the lady to toss in whatever her favorite donut was so I could have a surprise when I got to my office. My "surprise" donut was a glazed cake cruller. So simple. So lovely. Also, the lady at the window was an absolute sweetheart!
Accurate orders, friendly staff, quick service. Overall, great experience at this Dunkin.
This dunkin could be a lot better than what it is, even since moving to jackson it's changed my mind when it comes to dunkin... the drinks are not even made correctly most of the time they are not even good tasting. When I went back to Columbia tn I couldn't wait to get their dunkin donuts because I knew it be spot on. It's sad because this dunkin could be a heck of a lot better than what it is.
Always a nice crew working. Good service and coffee.
Another great Dunkin’ location.Food was not prepared as it was ordered, staff was really slacking and could be more attentive towards the few customers that come in.
